MalaysiaOnly knew the facility was undergoing renovation after completing the booking. A few facilities eg. breakfast restaurant, swimming pool and lobby's main entrance for e-hailing were closed. Allthough the hotel made alternative arrangements for this, I wish it was made known prior to the booking to allow guests to make informed choices.

Room was spacious - very clean with a great view over the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with a great choice. The location of the hotel was great- we’ve stayed there a few times - albeit years ago. Managed to find the sea food court at top of car park!

MalaysiaParking was a big let down. I had check out at 5 in the morning n my rental car was park in the hotel parking. What happened was no one mends the booth at the early hour. Had to walk up 1 floor from the car park, walk out n pay at the machine. Time wasted almost 8 min.

Bruneithe check in counter bcoz need to stand long time. its a 5 star hotel. for me to have a chair to sit on is more effecient. my que line also being cut by 1 couple and the staff should entertain me first. staff faces are just so so. swimming pool is out or order. just found it after i made my unavailable to cancel reservation.
the housekeeping staff. rooms are cleaned everyday and always in a proper setting. the security man at the entrance lobby are all very welcoming. the bellboy also doing a great job bcoz they know what to do without me asking.

Cleanliness - superb. Staff - superb. I did not expect any upgrade, so the upgrade to Executive Suite was a pleasant surprise. Helped me finished by legal brief without problems. What a blessing!
