Guard at parking instructed us to park at Marina Harbour a few blocks away whereas we booked via Booking.com its called Marina Puteri Harbour. He said this is only for Trinidad Suite. Guard couldnt differentiate Trinidad and Marina Puteri Harbour are the same apartment. The parking lot was smelly due to poor ventilation. When we entered the unit our bare legs felt the floor was dusty which mean it was not mopped properly with clean water or the room was vacant for some time. Then we realised the unit we booked was not as what was advertised in Booking.com where it said u can view the marina harbour from the unit. Instead we did not see any harbour from our windows or balcony only blocks of buildings. This is misleading. The towels were small not appropriate for large body size. Further there were no hand or face towels provided. We booked for 4 nights but the housekeeping only clean our unit by request and late in the evening after 4pm. When we asked why they did not make up our room by 230pm they said they have to focus on the checkin guests rooms first. As if we were not their guests.

Spacious 3 rooms unit, strong water pressure, sufficient kitchen utensils, near lift, easy parking space, near eatery, convenient, special events nearby, boat cruise at marina.

I’ve booked a unit that should have a washing machine. Turned out the machine is broken and unable to be replaced. But the receptionist only give tokens for laundry. Its inconvenient as im travelling with small kids

Place was neat and clean. Comfortable. Location was by harbour and had many eateries open and an entertaining fountain and walkways with night bazaar.

Rooms are stale. Bed is super hard. Pictures are deceiving. Only a few bars open.

Quiet. Lotsa basement parking. Lifts to all areas. Applicances working. Good aircon and water heater Biddet included. 24 hours food restaurant. Near spa and massage.

The units sound proof is somehow very poor. At night, can easily hear when people are talking at corridor or nearby room. Sound of others units flushing the toilet and bathing in shower is also prominent.

Nice place to stay, clean, ample of parking space, safe and value for money. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Inaccuracy of details provided. Had to spent close to 45 minutes searching for the place as I couldn't reach out to the PIC. Only manage to find the place while trying luck following address stated on PIC status on WhatsApp.

Friendly staff, facilities, spacious suite, good location with restaurants and mart nearby. We enjoyed our stay there!

In need of some maintenance eg shower handle in master would come off, one of the panels in the kitchen was not attached, sofa has a tear on it. Live music at night can be heard nightly. Luckily our kids were so tired from Legoland it didn't bother them, but if you are a light sleeper you might want to reconcider.

Unit was nice. The apartment is within the Trinadad Suites so comes with hotel amenities.

It’s dusty because my daughter is allergic to dusts and she kept on sneezing! Pillows were soft and dirty. No mattress protector used.

The suite with staircase inside, the staircase is kind of Flimsy. For people afraid of heights, we are always afraid of falling as we climb up or Down the stairs.

Excellent location just beside Mana Cafe with great variety of foods. Excellent!

The wifi was only working in the hall. Once you are in your room, there will be no wifi connection. There were stains on the toilet door, bidet and also bedsheets. The cabinets also had a stench. The pillows were too soft. Our unit was exactly above the 24 hours Mana Cafe and there’s a live band. Sleeping peacefully is a luxury.

Food was not a problem as there are 24 hours cafe around. The swimming pool was a perfect place to watch beautiful sunrises.

We reach at 9pm but was told that our room is not ready. And that is not acceptable. Goos thing is the staffs are nice and accomodated asap.

The hotel is quiet, and there are alot of shops and restaurant nearby. With a bazaar nearby with yummy food near to puteri yatch The distance to midvalley and ksl is about 30 mins car ride.

1. Tea/coffee & sugar not provided for a quick breakfast. 2. Host not responding my call & WhatApp when needed. 3. Receptionist on-duty not familiar with location. Cant assist when guest is lost and also cant speak in Malay. 4. No proper instructions to go to unit. Taking much time to understand properties layout to find the unit.

The unit 2 bedroom apartment is very specious. Master bedroom very big 😅. Cleanliness is great.
