Price is affordable! Good for a night stay! Bathroom was spacious.

MalaysiaThe hotel only accepted cash, which was inconvenient in today's digital age. Additionally, having only one power point, and it being far from the bed, made charging devices a bit inconvenient.
The hotel's location is undeniably excellent, with numerous eateries in the vicinity. Parking was also hassle-free.

MalaysiaWhen other room occupants smoking in their rooms, the bad smell smoke can travel through airways to my room washroom, causing inconvenient my room smells smoking. Even though no smoking signage available in all rooms, some people still smokes. The management should install smoke detector in all rooms to prevent anyone smoking. Public parking not available since always full.

MalaysiaHowever, the hotel is not provided lift so is not convenient for my parents to climb the stair on 1st floor, the method payment also not applicable for the cards, they only can accept cash for deposit and for the room charges by using online transfer.
The hotel is very convenient with the surrounding needed which is variety of the coffee shop, pet shop, laundry and mini market. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The cleaness of the room also very satisfied. But overall, the hotel is very good to staying if you have a meeting/agenda at area Setiawan. Thank you.

SingaporeIts my first time to Sitiwan, i did a last minute booking so i guess the price could be higher then normal. I had to pay extra for a Window room. Its always good to have a room with window as the price was higher.
The reception, room condition, air condition and toilet was great. It property is very close to food courts and there is a car wash and SPA just next door. Its a nice place for family for short stay.
