Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SingaporeIt is more a homestay. Location is not convenient. Housekeeping is good. Room size relatively small, no wardrobe except for hanger. Ample car park lot. Swimming pool kid friendly.

Puerto RicoWARNING ⚠️You will have absolutely NO PEACE. There are 100 kids at 7:15am very loud and since the rooms all surrounded the pool it is extremely loud until about 12noon and then the owners family members all come and use the pool and not even staying at the hotel. Imagine wanting to read or have peace and quiet but woken up very early by a ton of kids the locals bring there to swim and if you decide to try and go in the pool you will be completely splashed by all the kids splashing the water, jumping in the pool and all have water guns. Do not go to try and relax or for a romantic getaway. There will be a lot of noise you will hear in each room as the rooms all border the pool very closely. Maybe it would be a different experience if not during a weekend or holiday. I went for 2 nights during a holiday weekend and had no peace. I never got to use the huge outside soak tub, in fact I left to go to town just to get away from all of the noise, making my experience not good or worth the money at all for me. If you want a nice place go to Hui Blue The Haven…also the location on the map is not correct and will bring you to 2 large blue gates then you will end up having to walk completely around to reach the actual entrance. Photos shown are of the actual address and location to enter the reception. Grab and Google maps brings you on opposite side where you CAN NOT ENTER. They need to CHANGE their location on the map for Grab. It took my grab driver 15 minutes to find where to go even with the staff speaking on their language over the phone to the driver. Also the staff attitude is not good. The young guy is quiet rude. They don’t care about your experience they only want your money.
NOTHING - just go and take a few pictures and leave. I would not stay even 1 night, and forget about going in the pool. The local families check in with a ton of kids. I regret staying at this place.

MalaysiaThe place was not worth the money. We paid 400 plus but was given a room like 200 plus. Facing backyard. Without balcony. Quite noisy as it just beside the common area. There isn't any hairdryer, even place to hang the clothes. The service was bad. We asked if we could change to another room. The remark by the counter staff is if you don't like the place just check out but won't be refundable. We left the place without staying.

MalaysiaThe room is small and is tight for 4 pax. Also the bathroom will be quite wet when taking shower since the shower area is not cover. I especially dislike that there is no rules for guest to wear swim wear when using the pool which is not hygenic at all.
The decoration and the color is nice. Staff is very helpful.

MalaysiaThe curtain no blackout and quite bright when sleep at night..the room was no sound proof so even midnight there is someone who open door opposite or side also could awake us easily ... The staircase make us inconvenience to climb out and down as previously facebook only advertised the room all downstairs with pool just outside the room that's why we choose this place but end up we need stay upstairs without lift .. No shower cap provided and the water was not hot at all difficult to adjust it especially kids shower themselves...
Overall staffs was friendly and delivered fast service to us. I would recommend a rack or place to put sympoo, body sympoo at the shower area .

United KingdomWelcome: Not a good start, we were not able to stay together as family of 4 (2 small kids and 2 adults), despite booking 2 rooms together. The staff didn't make much effort to resolve the issue, not even update us after "talking to management". When unpacking, we were asked at the car park what we want for breakfast. Upon arrival we were asked to pay deposit 100RM per room (200 in total) in cash or online transfer. We were promised to be given deposit back on the next day but until now (Monday) we have not received it yet. Nobody asked at the exit how our stay was or anything either. Breakfast: Very poor breakfast, unfortunately the choice is only catered for Asian customers, nothing much for the European/Western customers. Kids are not really welcome - only 1 choice of chocolate cereal and UHT milk, a toast with a spread and Kaya. Very poor. Nobody took us through what we can eat, the young guy behind the table was not very much interested in us, had to wait 20 min at least to be served the breakfast, despite placing an order a day before. We were expecting far more choice when it comes to food especially for this price (500+RM per room). UHT Milk was rather poor, cutlery - the cheapest looking possible. Again, attention to details was rather poor. Rooms: Rooms were much smaller than expected, the toiletries provided were the size of tiny travel bottles and the quality of the shampoo etc. was rather poor. Rooms had stains in the bathrooms.
Unfortunately, there is not much to like. the Instagram photos are not the true reflection of the condition and size of the property. TV access/choice of channels were ok, especially for the kids.
