The lobby was a bit confusing.

The location is good. Just across the road to Imago mall. We booked 2 rooms. 1 king size bed and another's twin bed. My friends who stayed at the twin bed room are not too happy. The room looks old and worn out. Mine was nice.

Sink is clogged, the shower heater is too hot, quite hard to adjust so that u can shower with warm water. The pillow is not comfortable, the mattress is quite old until you can feel the spring. The aircond is not cold, too old better replace with the new one. Check in is 3pm and check out is 10am. I think it’s not fair for customer. The customer service is quite rude. She/her counter back istead of helping me. Bad bad experience and very dispointing. Not recommended at all.

Everything was perfect. The room was clean, big and comfortable, the gym was well equipped, the pool was also very clean and the host was very helpful. I really reccommend it.

Unfortunately there were some deficiencies in the hotel, for example: There is no WiFi in the room. The building should be renovated. No daily room service. Old windows. No big problems, but should be mentioned.

The support via booking was very good and helpful. Little requests from guest side would be fulfilled at every time. The location of the hotel is ok, you can reach the city by foot in 20 minutes. There are some malls nearby. The pool is clean and it is also good that guests have access to the gym.

Not walking distance to other places. Need to drive or take taxi.Pot pans knife chopping board not provided. Have to bring your own but was not told earlier.check out for standard rate is 10am! Also not mentioned in booking app. Shampoo and bath gel not available . Have to bank in rm150 before you can get the guide to get the key etc.please mention this in booking app . Need to deal with the trash ourselves but the building doesn’t have a big rubbish bin on each floor.

Bed sheet blankets comfortable . There is a kettle and induction cooker, fork and spoon, refrigerator.hand soap dishwashing soap. Pool is good but always crowded.

The pool, gym and building are really outdated/old. Didn't feel very nice to swim in the pool and some of the machines in the gym were not working. You also don't have free WiFi in your room.

Unfortunately my room wasn't clean, after I told the staff what was going on they were super helpful! They immediately cleaned my room and gave me free breakfast. The service was great. The room itself was spacious and nice.

Aircond broken, a plaster with blood stick on d chair. Cheap pillow, only 1 towel provided. Operator can't be reach on town. Operator is sarcastic. No soap provided. Unfortunately I'didnt take photo.. And also why the guest need to throw their rubbish. We do throw our own rubbish. D rubbish bin is damn far. And a damn smelly.I am just dissapoint with the operator's attitude. The most pity was I got confused of the room I book. Cos I expect MING Garden Hotel... Nevertheless, if the operator is not calculative, I also can close eyes. But they mentioned I dint throw my trash in fact I have thrown my trash. What do they expect. An Army training...

The accommodation experience in the past few days is very good. The boss is very friendly. Due to my reasons, I agreed to check in early and check out later. There is a shopping mall across the road from the apartment. It is very convenient to eat and shop. The room is also clean and tidy. It was a perfect accommodation experience

Centrally located with nice bird's eye view of the city where you can see the downtown area mix with the village part of Kota Kinabalu . Host are busy but helpful. Definitely recommended!!!
