MalaysiaThe floor leading to room at the ground floor were damped. Although the staff placed the floor dryer machine, the damp smell went into the room, making the room damp and smelly. Also, i can hear some staff making noise near the back entrance. Hope the hotel aware of this. Even though the room was cheap, service must be done good all the time because the guest paid.

When I turned on the switch, the hairdryer is already on and it already got splashed with water from the shower which made the hairdryer has electric flow on it. When I was about to turn it of, I got electric shock by the hairdryer and it starts to smell like something burning.
