We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Malaysia1. Only one of three elevators leads to the basement parking floor. 2. The room is not totally soundproof. Cannot be too noisy or risk of disturbing the neighboring rooms. 3. (Optional suggestion) TV box is lagging for certain channels. Better to use Unifi TV or Astro Ultra box.
1. The location is very close to petrol stations, eateries and convenience shops. 2. Has almost complete room facilities. 3. Has a good cafe on the ground floor. 4. Super clean room. 5. Having wash and dry washing machine, microwave and electric stove are useful.

United KingdomThe combination lock for access to the room cards was very difficult to navigate. I couldn't see the numbers easily.
The host was very organised, access, facilities, needs were all carefully thought out and covered. On moving in we didn't need to go out and buy anything immediately.
