The only thing that we did not like was the receptionist lady at the Rasah cafe. Never smile. The food was okay, but the half boiled egg was raw. We had to ask the "never smile" lady to check it out.

The room was clean and meet my expectation. The bed was comfy and the water heater was functioning well. I booked a suite with 2 rooms and the bathroom was in the room. Overall satisfied, worth the money.

No view in deluxe room rate. The room price almost rm300 but stay at ground floor near main corridor . TV not working well & the fan sounds noisy (Room G12).

Breakfast included in the room price. other than that's, the MOD Encik Mohan so kind & friendly. He helps me to get my foods that keep in refrigerator at cafe which is close that time and other staff said come back 2.30PM but Encik Mohan try to get for me before check out.

Our stay overall was good. The deluxe room is very basic a bed and a bathroom however the room size is good. No minibar or fridge. The TV is basic not smart with some channels. Internet is good. Breakfast is ok (local style). The location is good in the heart of Brinchang. 2 minutes from Centrum shopping center. However the rooms has no mountain view. It is just the city. For one day stay just to sleep and rest is ok.

I cannot think of anything that I dislike.

Breakfast consists of delicious and good healthy food. Location is surrounded by restaurant, shopping mall and various types of shops which are within walking distance. There is also a strawberry farm including flowers and vegetable cultivation just nearby within walking distance. The hotel can help to arrange for you to visit Tea Plantation and Mossy Forest etc. The hotel staffs are wonderful and the hotel is beautiful with flowers surrounding it.

The room was smaller than expected and also the walls were thin so you could hear people opening doors or walking by. Not that bad if you're always out exploring. Probably might be a little annoying if you're sleeping and could hear people rushing to head out early in the morning.

Great location at Brinchang area. Nice design looking building and bedroom. The room also have a large screen TV which is great if you wanna stay in for night movies on Netflix. The shower was also strong while parking spaces were plentiful. There's also a free buffet breakfast for our booking, loved the crispy roti canai! The staff here are really polite and efficient. Gf said we could stay again as it's quite peaceful and relaxing.

near a big mosque, so prayers are heard loudly! rooms are not sound proof, so any movement outside, or above the room is heard. fans are also old and loud! sleeping can be challenging

Only one bed side cabinet. Mirror table too small. No place to put things. Hand carry bag has to be kept in wardrobe. Wet bathroom due to water outflow in the center under the sink.

Considering it is a small hotel with very limited budget, breakfast is adequate, not great, but they get the selection right and they do taste pretty good. Amenities are pretty basic but again, keep in mind they really have very little budget to work with.

Reasonably clean hotel with good breakfast. Met expectations considering the price we paid. Parking is convenient and hotel is near to eateries and there is a new strip mall 3 minutes drive away. Would stay again if i ever felt like going Cameron again. Breakfast selection is a bit limited, but they manage to get the essentials done correctly and it's quite delicious even. You can eat at the terrace if the temperature is not too cold i think, and it is very nice to be able to do that.
