- Open parking - The toilet door in our room isn't in good condition. Can't even close it properly. - No iron & board provided in the room. I need to ask the receptionist for them.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the room had a weird noise and didn’t cool the space effectively, which made the stay less comfortable. Considering the room was small and the overall experience didn’t match expectations, it didn’t feel like good value for the money spent.

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout the stay. Its location is also a big plus, being conveniently near several shops like 7-Eleven, 99 Speedmart, and MyNews, which makes it easy to grab necessities or snacks. The facilities available were decent and functional, though not exceptional.

The window pane was broken so much that it was tricky to see out of and was very dirty. The sheets were stained. The bathroom was mildewy

No mini fridge. TV only had 2 channels but that's ok, because you can play with your phone. The A/C was quite noisy at night but I just ignored it as I was too tired & it didn't affect my sleep. If you can deal with all of these just like me, then it'll be a fine stay here.

The room comes with a bathtub as requested. I was really grateful for that as I needed a relaxing bath after a long day at the concert. The condition of the room was neat and tidy. They provided 2 bottles of drinking water on the table upon arrival. The location is just within walking distance to Axiata Arena & Bukit Jalil National Stadium. There are restaurants downstairs that open during the midnight too. So you don't need to worry about food.

The nearest hotel to Stadium bukit jalil, lrt bukit jalil. Maybe around 20 minutes walking distance. If you too tired of walking, there is bus which is in front of hotel to stadium. Suitable who want to go to concert for just one night stay. Got lift also! Staff is friendly and helpful.

Try to pay a little more attention to the housekeeping process

The personnels at the reception were very welcoming and friendly, especially Shavaz and Vinoy. They accepted me with their care and politeness. Even I was alone, I felt safe and well. They explained me how to go around the city and were happy to assist me with the smile.

Direction and route to the free parking lot can be showed more clearly. We almost lost our way when we followed the verbal instruction of staff, we arrived another parking lot which is others' property. Maybe the cleanliness of carpet can improve

Staffs are all very friendly and work highly efficient. Facilities all functioning good Location is good, near Bukit Jalil Stadium and Axiata Arena. Many convenient shops and restaurants are surrounding as well.
