Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. The room was painted a brown colour so this made the room quite dark. Needed to draw the curtains as neighbours walked passed at the rear. I personally think it would be better & brighter with walls painted white. The rear door had a catch so the door could open slightly but in saying that we felt secure.
The very friendly Receptionist kindly let us check in early as the room was available. Really appreciated this. The room was spacious and clean with a large bathroom. There was seating area at the back of the room to sit outside if you wanted to. The location was brilliant, about a 5 min walk to the centre and the beach. We also used the pool. Would stay again. Great value for money.

Very nice stay at Sri Embun. Good location, the hotel is a 5min walk from the main street of Cenang. Room and facilities were spotlessly clean. Nice shower. Nothing super fancy, but very good bang for back.

hotel room size just nice with 2 queen bed. everything is function accordingly, the shower rain with strong pressure is the most satisfying. got pool for kid but the pool looks like it need regular cleaning. parking space available. 5 minutes walk to Chenang main street.

Nothing I didn’t like, I would just be careful if you are slightly older as the bathroom is a wet room so floor can be slippy. But we did not have a problem with it.
The location was perfect. Rooms were spotless and the pool was a nice touch when we wanted to cool off. Around a 5 minute walk up the road to the main part where shops and restaurants are. Staff were so nice help us organise two trips and serviced our room twice and gave us water and extra toiletries every time and fresh towels. I would stay here again it was perfect.

The airconditioning is placed directly above the beds so it cannot be on at night. There is also no remote control for the fan and airconditioning, so you have to get up all the time which is not convenient during the night. No reading lights by the beds
Nice pool but it would be nice if it weas open all night. Very nice staff, free water all the time.

Excellent value for money. The facilities are really clean, our room was clean and tidied every day ( and that was really important with all the sand our kids carried on their feet). The personnel is really nice, not to mention that it took just a message and they changed our booking to another date as our flights got delayed. And it's 7 minutes away from the beach.

Nothing worth mentioning :)
We came for 9 nights, because we wanted to also have time for some work. Luckily, the wi-fi was pretty fast, good enough for having online calls with clients. Location of hotel is like 5 minutes from the beach and Cenang Mall, which is kind of city centre. There are machines for filtered water in the lobby, which was very useful. You also get some bottled water with every cleaning of your room. Unfortunaley, we did not use the pool, but it looked fine :)

The resorts is next to the road sometimes you hear cars/ motorbikes hooning , very loud. Pool water can be a bit more cleaner.
Good location, 5 mins walk to Chenang beach, but not right next to it, so it’s a lot quieter (Chenang beach is very busy and noisy). Room is clean, staff are nice, big pool.

No reflection on the hotel but did have a few inconsiderate families who made quite a bit of noise!
Everything. Hidden gem of a place. I kept extending as I was so happy there! Location is ideal. Right near the action but just far enough away the noise is not an issue. Great value for money too.

The aircon quiet mode didnt work so it was a little hard to get to sleep, the shower in our room wasnt great.
Fantastic location, only a few minutes walk to the main street and beach but very quiet area to relax. The room was large and beds comfortable and they had a great pool.

The shower head not adjustable, not convenient for kids.

The shower head was not kids friendly as it's build on top which is not adjustable.

Polite behavior of the staff. Cenang beach just a 5 mins walk away. Decent size room. Drinking water unit available. Calm surroundings. Grab can service available 24*7 from here.
