Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Nothing to complain about.
Relatively new building. Restaurant and shops in the lobby. Modern furniture. Great AC Fast Wifi Good water pressure in shower. Nice swimming pool. Modern smart TV. Comfortable bed and sofa. Good sized wardrobe. Easy process when checking in and out. Good security.

The location is very near to tourist spots and very accessible either by walking or by car. Another thing that is value for money is access to the gym and pool there are coffee shops and convenience stores just by the main entrance.i Will stay again.

The whole check in was a bit sneaky/subversive. I booked 2 rooms, 1 for me for 1 week and another for my friend for 2 nights. Immediately on meeting our host he insisted that I cancel the 1 week booking on this site, he even leaned over me to cancel it on my phone. He would still let me have the room tho! cash. The internet failed after 2 nights and he asked me if I had tampered with it! Why would I? He did give me another password that worked for the remaining time. The bedding was dirty and I had to wash it and just generally clean the whole place. I would not stay again as I felt it was clandestine and not above board.
The room was a studio apartment, perfectly nice with a balcony that looks onto the city, very colourful at night. Had a fridge, kettle and washing machine, access to the pool and gym ( I didnt use ) multiple shops in the foyer if you dont want to go too far. Good location, 10 minute walk to the Towers and less to the MRT station.

Host was very responsive and nice, arrival and collecting the keys was no stress at all even though I landed late. The building was modern and very safe, good location, a quick Grab ride from KL Sentral or Petronas Twin Towers. I really liked that there were two grocery shops downstairs in the building opened until midnight and they were very well equipped, easy to buy a breakfast for next day when you arrive. I didn't use the kitchen but it was well equipped, was just lacking coffee/tea. The view from the balcony was nice. Bed very comfy. Good wifi. Bathroom could use some modernising, it looked quite old and hot shower mechanism was acting out a bit. It was very clean but wasn't giving "very clean vibe" just due to its age and weak light. There was some nice touch in the room - plants, nice paintings on the wall; but also some little things that could be changed like old rubbish bins (see the photos). It could be easily fixed and then it would be perfect. Overall, I would stay again - the price was good in comparison to other places and I did have everything I needed.
