We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaI booked two rooms. One of them, which was originally meant for me, was full of cigarette smell. I have a toddler with me so I can't imagine sleeping in a room like that for two nights. Staff told me there was no more room to swap but they would spray some freshener in it. My parents had to sacrifice and swap with me. Next night the room was still full of cigarette smell again. The hotel is located in a shop-house lot. It's smaller than I expected. The rooms at ground floor, however, are windowless. No air circulation at all. And they are quite small for a family of 3.
The staffs are friendly. The location is close to my intended destination, so that is good. Price is relatively cheap.

Malaysiacons: 1. there was no window. i asked for a window in the room, but got a room without a window. should have notified we received might been without a window. 2. felt like the room was smaller that what’s shown in the pirate. 3. the pillow does not support your head at all. have to use 2 pillow for one person.
pros: 1. CLEAN!. everything was clean. the bed, the sheet, the room, the bathroom. it was very comfortable. 2. the shower was heaven. the water pressure was so good. felt like i could stay under the shower for hours. 3. have water heater for both shower and the sink 4. the bathroom was really clean. love it
