1- Breakfast is not buffet with a very limited selection which doesn’t fit everyone from variety and quantity aspects. The main responsible waiter failed to answer some questions regarding the food and instead of asking the cooker she kept arguing until the cooker gave the needed answer. 2- Room for 2 adults is so small and didn’t have a wardrobe.

No kettle in the room, but one was provided very quickly on request at reception; however, mugs were not provided with the kettle, so I had to make hot drinks out of a water glass.

The hotel itself is stunning, the interior design is well thought out and beautifully presented. The reception staff were very kind, going out of their way to help us when we struggled to find a taxi. The breakfast was outstanding - the menu isn’t extensive, but the quality is superb. The rooms are as beautiful as the rest of the hotel, the bed very comfortable and the shower fantastic! I only wish that I’d had longer to stay there and enjoy this lovely hotel.

Part of the staff is not polite and really useless. The room is very small and there are many things that I missed on it. A luggage rack for big suitcases, a plug in the toilet, some hangers in it... and they never changed my towels even I left them on the floor during my whole staying. The breakfast was simetimes dissapointing too. Not a good experience... I won´t be back

Basic amenities like kettle, complimentary tea, coffee and sugar were not provided. There was no bidet next to the toilet.

We checked out after less than 2 hours of checking in as we were not happy with the lack of bidet next to the toilet and that the room did not come with a kettle and complimentary coffee and tea. The kettle was available upon request but there were no mugs even if we had simply wanted to drink plain water.

Really pretty building and comfortable room. Lobby was pretty too. The whole place was rather well thought out, the music and ambiance and everything was really nice and comfortable. Really good value for our money.

Poor room design and functionality - bathroom sink located inside room not bathroom. A phone call to reception was needed to organise an ironing board, iron, kettle etc. which while generally quick is not usually the norm in most hotels. Housekeeping also a miss - staff are lovely, but they need to be better trained in the details of room cleaning i.e. changing bed and wiping stains.

I find that the hotel room is dusty, it might be because the furniture is dark so that we can see the dust all around.. but it was dusty Room is quite dark

NO slippers, no toothbrush, no kettle, need to request for iron/board. Weird toilet hose design (shared with shower pipe), hard to get a decent parking spot (parking fee applies), weird route ( if you miss the entrance, prepare to make a big turn)

Room didn’t have good mobile reception and could barely make any calls. Wifi was not working either. Room also didn’t have a TV remote and had to ask receptionist multiple times to provide it as they forgot.
