We liked the kampung style house and environment, clean and cosy, plus the interior design was interesting. The kids enjoyed the surrounding nature full of plants and flowers and the kittens and chicken. The bathtub and outdoor shower were great, too. We didn't quite like the breakfast, hope it could be improved plus it would be good if we could have a TV in the unit.

Please not clean the room if customer not to do that. Bad experience one of jeans is missing. We accept the missing but please ask permission with your customer before cleaning room. Please provide room tagging if customer not request for cleaning or disturbing. Tq for nice place but not for service 🩷

It was a bit too authentic to the experience- there were those tiny holes between each wood that allowed mosquitoes to enter the villa. They provided mosquito repellent which did help. The upper room was EXTREMELY HOT compared to the lower part of the villa due to insulation I guess even with the ac and fan at full blast. Guess it wouldn’t be an issue if you’re only gonna be in the villa at night because that’s when it’s super cold :)

The breakfast is boring,the menu is very limited to one choice and u eat what they serve u. DO NOT INCLUDE BREAKFAST when you book as you will be disappointed, it is not worth it. It is very hot upstairs during the day.The AC was unable to cool down the space.A major turn off when you need to rest,like staying in an oven

Breakfast was a moderate. It was the same set meal every morning with no variety. However, it was good enough to give you a good start in the morning.

The breakfast setup involves a full-service approach, where all dishes are served at the table. However, this may lead to unnecessary food waste (from what i noticed). Perhaps a more flexible ordering system could help reduce waste where you may ask the customer or provide the options. Additionally, I noticed that the nights are quite silent. Having a TV in the room could enhance the guest experience by providing entertainment options in advance.

The room are spacious and good internet connection. Many restaurants nearby. Just few minutes drive to Pantai Chenang. Friendly staff, we enjoy stay here. Value for money.

So little to criticize here. They could have had a bit more service though there was an excellent warung across the road so no need to provide on site cafe service

When we first arrived we had our doubts though after having the breakfast we couldn't have been happier. The accommodation is a bit rustic and wasn't exactly what we had expected though to be honest everything was perfect. A surprise experience staying in authentic kampung house. Very relaxing

2nd level of 2 bed room house is quite hot during the day, maybe can change the aircond to 1.5hp since the area is quite large.

Near to restaurants, mini mart, pantai chenang 10mins walk. We can request late check out, nice breakfast, and peaceful area. Huge toilet, comfortable pillow and mattress Amenities complete with iron, hair dryer, hanger, railing.

Not the fault of the resort but on the last day there was very heavy rain that potentially caused the sewer to overflow with a resulting smell

Great "chalet" that we had (3 bed / 2 bathrooms). Spacious and had the feel of an eco resort style stay. Good functional breakfast (dont expect a full continental buffet) that easily kept us going till lunch and friendly staff The location was also a little away from Pantai Cenang town which was what we wanted. It is a short, easy walk (10-15min). Nearby there is also a laundromat, grocery store and some restuarants

Overall loved the property and very friendly staff. But if you’re expecting a 5-star kind of place with extra luxurious facilities and breakfast buffet with many options, not the kind of place for you. We loved it because it’s well maintained and good staff. The standard omelette breakfast was also very satisfactory. And all our requirements were met.

The entrance light to the premise was not lit, hence repeatedly had to make a u turn as drove past it at night.

Our stay at The Daun Resort in Langkawi was fantastic. The natural setting and great location made for a perfect getaway. Cabs arrived quickly whenever needed. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast, which offered plenty of vegetarian options, including some delightful Malaysian cuisine. My family absolutely loved it. Highly recommend!

1. Very dark around the resort area. 2. Didn't have enough cooking equipment such as microwave, cutlery also not proper, no plate or bowl, didn't have tea, coffee n other to make drink. 3. Inside house is also dark, need to improve the lighting.
