We always have issue using the access card over at the carpark gantry. The card was not sensitive enough to automate the pole to move up and the security guard always have to come to our rescue. Also, the swimming pool water does not look clean especially the very smaller pool where the water was murky.

The management respond to our queries via WhatsApp very swiftly. We had issue with one of the door knob and the service man came as fast as they could. The security guard is friendly and helpful and show dedication to their job. Location is good; we drive out to the nearest food establishment like Assalam The Kedai Mamak, Mana cafe, Starbucks etc. The best is nice but the pillow is too soft. The apartment could at least provide us with a small pack of detergent though.

The view was great. All the amenities working well. Smooth check in and check out. The host replied me fast whenever i have enquiries.

- Tangki flush dalam master bedroom macam ada bocor sedikit. - For long stay guest (few days), the provided shower gel seemed not enough. - Safe Box is available, but cannot be used. Anyway host was very responsive and willing to set prompt appointment to address the matter, only that I was not available for the appointment. Suggest to make sure the safebox is ready everytime new guest check in. - We were planning to assist in clearing the rubbish earlier, but there was no garbage bag provided for us to use after that. - Card was hard to be detected at parking area and main entrance/ exit. Perhaps I am not used to the technique in using it.

Bersih & kemas Easy to check in & check out. Fasiliti lengkap & works well. Very Fast internet connection. Nice dining table setup :-) upon check in.

The list of inventory items could be clearer. We did not manage to find a hair dryer. For one of the rooms, it seemed the aircon could not be controlled - it was too cold. But maybe my child did not manage the setting well. Not sure. The toilets as per many other reviews had a certain stink - not overpowering but still had a stale kind of smell. And I think this is because the exhaust (not sure if it is called this) is not working. The overall management should make sure that the exhaust in the toilets are working.

I like the fact that it was clean and things like the kettle, fridge, etc was working. We are generally quite happy with everything. There was provision of towels, etc for all 6 of us who were staying over.

Aircon is good working condition. CSO is friendly. Water pressure for both toilet bowl and handheld bidet sprayer is good.

The location is best accesible by own transportation. Most of the aircon remote control were not working. One of the toilet bowl is not very clean. Swimming pool water is very cold.

For both stay, the aircon remote control have either no battery power or not working.

This is my 2nd time booking with Elysia. The plus point would be the water pressure for both the WC and the handheld bidet sprayer is good, which is not easily found for hotel and apartment in Msia. Customer Service is friendly.

Can do a bit of maintenance work. There is wallpaper peeling on one of the bathroom. Bidet also not well maintained.

The check in and collecting of the keys was a breeze. A very straightforward instruction given and easy to understand. The apartment is spacious and clean

One of the rooms AC was faulty. Had to open the door during the night to allow the cold air from the living area to come in. Only 2 pillows for each bed.

The check in and check out process were smooth, staff was welcoming and clear. The security there is very reassuring. Rooms and toilets were clean. TV had a lot of channels to surf through.

Breakfast spread was not great for the price. There were only a small handful of selections. The apartment has mouldy smell. We have to open the windows and air the place plus use air disinfectant and the smell was still lingering around.
