It was clean and there was a straight entrance to the pool from the room. The pool needs to be renovated a bit.

The stuff was exceptionally helpful and polite. Though the location was far from good restaurants and beaches, the place was really peaceful with less people around. It was possible to order grab and they delivered right to the room. So if you want to take a break from a hustle and bustle then this place is amazing to stay for 2-3 days.

The place could be cleaner. The rooms were good but the washrooms had several issues. Swimming pool was a big disappointment as it was dirty and not temperature controlled.

The place was calm and far from activities. The rooms were quite big to accommodate my family and many facilities were given to us. We enjoyed the view from the room.

A bit secluded. The small road connecting the resort to the main road was narrow and not well lit.

Spacious unit. The balcony outside the master bedroom was huge and offers scenic view of Kuah Bay. All the staff from the receptionist to the gardener were friendly and accommodative. We had delicious coconut drinks complements of the gardener.

The restaurant has now been closed for 2 years so I don't get why they don't update that on the description but they tell you as soon as you book. In the nearby Kuah you can find many restaurants so that hasn't been an issue, especially with deliveries with Grab

The location and the residence itself is astonishing! It's slightly "remote" but no issues with Grab for both transport and food deliveries, hence a really seamless experience! Staff is super friendly, they clean the room/apartment every day changing linens too and refilling water and beauty products. The pool is quite and with a breathtaking view. Wifi isa fast and works in all the property terrain.

The pool was unclean & dirty. I didn't feel it was safe to be used. It had algae at the bottom. It needs regular cleaning & maintenance! We requested it to be cleaned which they did. But my children suffered with stinging afterwards. It was disappointing as the pool is what attracted to this place most! Although the ocean suite was lovely a lot of things were falling apart. In the bathroom the wooden door was rotting & the towel holder was broken. The bush & plants in front of the suite was so overgrown that we couldn't see the sea view from our residence. It all needs cutting back. We had to go out to catch the beautiful scenery.

Loved the location, staff was incredibly helpful & friendly. Housekeeping was superb! Our rooms were cleaned every day to a very good standard. Our ocean suite was fabulous! So spacious and beautiful. The view outside on the front was amazing! 😍

One men that was working at the place crash our rent car and doesn’t have money to pay it and the owner don’t offer to help. It was not our fault amd we have to pay for the repair… it’s happens I know but I think she solid to offer something and he didn’t . Thanks good that we has euro and the currency is better and we can pay it.

Yes the owner is lovely she gave us a better room close to the pool, they have too swimming pool, one was nice and clean but the other one was not to clean! But that’s ok

This resort is central to areas to go to but isolated from surrounding facilities. You need to either have transport or use Grab(Uber).

The size of the room, ocean view, the deck and the infinity pool all made our holiday. The internet connection was excellent. Once we got used to using Grab (Uber) we were able to around easily.

The hotel has to make an investment in the restaurant and overall side-buildings.

This is a perfect location if you have your own transportation. The rooms are well maintained and the pools are very attractive. But the restaurant and spa had been stopped which is the only negative point. A good breakfast in this beautiful setting would be gold medal :-) all the staff were super friendly and effective, congrats.
