Love the hotel! Room is small but it has everything that you need and has been arranged carefully to maximise space. Perfect ambience! It's highly recommended, and I will stay again when in Penang. If there's any feedback I would give to improve, it'll be extra towel hooks nearer to the tub. Not really a "deal breaker" but will add convenience to guests.

The location. There is no view and it can be noisy at night.

The jacuzzi bath was lovely and the room smelt amazing. The staff were incredibly accommodating and polite.

Rooms were clean & nicely decorated . Linens & towels were clean too! Bathroom had both tub & shower. WC had both hand bidet and built in bidet. Shampoo BodyWash toothbrush were all given. Complimentary coffee tea snacks. 2 large refillable water bottles were provided ... there is a water & ice dispenser provided on the property. Property was clean. Plenty parking space. There is a good selection of food outlets attached to the property itself … a Instagram worthy cafe with good food … a japanese restaurant (non halal tho) … and a korean BBQ (muslim friendly) … a hop & skip away are McDs Starbucks FamilyMart & @Precint 1 with more food outlets and 2 malls. Location is pretty good about 2kms to Gurney Drive and 20mins to Georgetown.

We only stayed for one night, but we would have happily stayed longer! Beautiful decor, spacious room, super comfortable bed, and everything we needed for an excellent stay. It's also super handy they have a little cafe right behind the rooms, serving a fantastic range of delicious dishes. They were even super accommodating in regards to my food allergies! Thanks again :)

First of all, the receptionist, Hari was extremely polite and helpful, despite the fact, my card was declined. When I called to reconfirm my stay and to request that I pay when I arrive at the hotel, he was very accommodating. Beside that, when we arrived, the rooms were surprisingly very comfortable and outstanding. The facilities too were exceptional. Will definitely come again.

In the morning, the water heater seems like have some problems. Our hot water is not hot .

Not much to not like, perhaps the thumbnail is alittle bit misleading which I was expecting it to be the entrance of the stay which turns out to be the entrance of the bar/cafe. Not a major issue at all, but just a brief moment of led down.

The room was spacious and nice, the front yard area gives off a villa by the beach without a beach vibe. Staff are friendly and the check in process is fairly efficient. Though there's not much facilities but it's a nice get away.

Entrance to the property need to be careful. Else you will make few u-turn to get in there.

Room might seem small because furniture takes a lot of space. Would recommend a table was added on the balcony alongside the chairs Light buttons were a little confusing

Room was astonishingly beautiful - decorated and furnished with taste. Spacious bathroom with bathtub. Had a little balcony in the front to be used in the evening or at night, when the heat isn't striking.
