Wonderful stay with our 5 years old kid. The room was super spacious with comfortable sofa. Mini kitchen with dining table. Wonderful location in middle of melaka town and near to melaka river. Plenty of restaurants around this hotel makes us easy to fine good food. Also breakfast was decent taste. I would suggest to add more pastry items like malay kuih and mini cakes.

To state what I didn't like or what could have been better for improvements would be an understatement ... it would be considered as a complaint ! and I am no complainer ! I like staying at The Pines and I will always be at The Pines.

I like the room given to me right to the top 2810 ... very nice view ... room was nice clean neat and tidy ... I went to the pool side ... nice pool can do laps ... overall I have always stayed at The Pines ... its a nice approachable hotel, one can also take a slow stroll to Jonker by the river which is located at the back of the hotel ... very convenient to catch Grab anywhere I want to go ... The Pines is a good recommendation from me to anyone who visits Melaka. Blessings to one and all and to the staff, reception and dining.

The TV reception was poor , TV is old and poor quality, be able to watch 50%.

The breakfast buffet was almost empty of food when we arrived. It took a long time for food to be replaced. It seemed like there was insufficient staff to run a buffet. The omelette station was the only area that seemed to be running smoothly.

The room was lovely and modern. Location is fantastic

Staff misguided us and told us breakfast was not included although later after checking a day after we checked out, I saw that it was. With so many bookings in my trip I assumed maybe I hadnt booked correctly.

The room was very congested but comfortable. The bathroom was wonderful, it had a really nice bathroom in front of the view which was great. Overall had a great stay Everything was great however staff misguided us about breakfast and said it wasnt included and would be at a charge

The guest from the big pool can get to the private pool because of the glass door is broken. Not enough staff at the front to help guest pick up the luggage and park for vallet parking.

The private pool is a great idea. Me with my 2 year old boy can swim and chill in the pool infront of our room. The food os great and staff is very helpfull. Good place to stay.

Kitchen without accessories . Short stay ok. longer stay will be a bit inconvenient.

Room is spacious. Breakfast is good, room is clean. Location is good. Place of attraction can be reached by walking. For elderly try getting a GRAB car is cheap and easy.

Not that I noticed.

Room is spacious, bed is comfortable. The star of the show is the bathroom with individual rain shower and huge bathtub in an enclosed area which was a good size. Easy parking and the ramps to the parking levels were big enough even for a big MPV.
