MalaysiaWhen AC is not turned on, there is an annoying smell, but once AC is on, it's ok. Other than that, rests are superb.
The location and heritage view are absolutely the winner! Next to the river & a good 5-10 mins walk to local restaurants. Breakfast is also quite a good spread & delicious. Dont forget to try Hainan Milk Tea...really good. Will come again.

MalaysiaI didnt get the connecting pool rooms as requested.They gave me room side by side.So not so easy to connect.Usually I will get connecting pool room but not this time.Sad me. We found a cockroach climbing on the wall n hit it.So disgusting .I had to run out coz I am afraid of coackroach.Spoils my mood.
Love the spacious room.Comfy beds n the good breakfast.Our room has access to the pool.So easy to swim with privacy.The lifts are fast n modern.Love the city view frm our room n the sound of pool water.So relaxing.

MalaysiaIt would be great if the table at the pantry area can be a little more spotless. Even though it was clean, but the black dots on the table makes it look dirty. But honestly, there's nothing i don't like, the room is really clean and good.
Particularly like the rain forest shower. Very soothing and relaxing after a long day. The floor was not sticky and the room smells fresh. The room temperature was just right, it was cool enough to ward off the heat but not too cold like winterland :-)

Told one of the waiter n dont knw who he told to now in hospitality industry as far as i know one of the staff should come up to me either to say sorry or anything but no one came. I hope the fnb staff if ever happen they will deal with it diplomatically
