We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Friendly malay muslim receptionist who stayed there even until midnight to accommodate us. Near Tesco so easier to buy things. If you're chinese, then there will be lots of good/big restaurants around the hotel for you.

MalaysiaThe toilet is quite small and the sink for my room was clogged. So, the water flow was quite slow.
The room is clean with acceptable room design (looks modern). The lighting is good. So, there's no sense of eerie like some other budget hotels. As a solo traveller, that's crucial aspect for myself to get a good rest and sleep.
