They don’t do breakfast which is not a problem as places are nearby but I wonder if they could introduce breakfast bags you could purchase as having fruit and a pastry in the morning would have been amazing-because the little area to sit in the tree houses is so perfect. But that’s not a negative as you can easily find places to buy things.

This was an exceptional place to stay. The tree villas are amazing, so well done and all built by the owner. It’s tranquil and yet you can easily access places. The beach is very close for perfect sunset and the owners cannot do enough to help you. They brought fruit and calamari such nice touches that show their kindness for guests. There’s a beautiful little pool, I had to myself most of the time. You can rent scooters from them and they are always on hand to answer questions. They even went to get the mum’s kitchen scales to weigh my case for me before I left. This is an exceptional place with exceptional people. The fact they have built this themselves and made it so lovely makes it extra special. 100 percent I would recommend staying here. It was perfect in every way.

Excellent villa, extremely clean and 5* quality accommodation with air conditioning. Great location, a short walk to the town where you will find many places to eat and shop. Also close to local attractions and 20 minutes from the airport. Lovely friendly family who are very helpful, you can also rent a scooter from the owner if you wish to explore the island or easy to order a taxi via the Grab app. There is a clean well kept pool next to the Villas in a quiet location. Would definitely recommend, one of the best places I stayed in Malaysia.

We had an amazing stay in a treehouse at Temak Villas. The place with all the trees and plants is super peaceful and quiet. Really special about this place are the owners and their family. Such lovely, helpful and nice people! The beach is in 10min walking-distance. Breakfast is good in a restaurant around the corner and some dinner possibilities nearby. Since we liked this place so much we spend a lot of time ordering food and relaxing in the small kitchen or at the pool. We really enjoyed our stay and the time here!

We had the bungalow with the tree in the middle of the bathroom, so we had also little unexpected visitors crawling up and down its trunk, a geko, another type of lizzard, a frog, a hornet, some bugs, but nothing to chase us around :) It was a little bit stressing though to check around every time we entered the bathroom, especially at night. The pool is quite small, not really for swimming, more for cooling down.

Decorated with good taste, the terrace has comfy places to sit and fan, so we could enjoy it anytime. The bed was also comfortable. The location is great, close to good restos and the beach. The hosts are super nice people, always there when needed. They offered small treats, samosas, or fruits, doing their best to make you feel welcome.

An exceptional stay in Langkawi! We had a stylish tree house with every comfort provided. Fantastic staff who kept everything meticulous, both property and grounds and were excellent hosts. A short walk to the hustle of the beach front and restaurants. Easy location for exploring by scooter but we enjoyed chilling on the comfy beds by the lovey pool. Super little quiet breakfast spot around the corner at Breakfast@Brakefast. So nice that we ate dinner there one night too!

We loved the location, it was perfect for us. It’s got a lovely pool area, and a hammock to chill in. We enjoyed our garden as we could sit outside enjoying listening to the wildlife whilst having a cup of tea. Room size perfect had everything we needed, kept very clean. They provided swim towels as well as bathroom towels, shower gels etc! tea, coffee. Ironing board & Iron. The family were lovely people and very helpful.

Personally I don’t like beds pushed up into a corner, as our double bed was. Prefer room to move all around a bed. Furniture could have been arranged differently to do this. Not many plug points available. The patio at the back was roomy, would have been nice to have a small table and chairs to eat at? Or even a lounger? Slight lack of privacy between patios because of connecting gates. Shower, though good, produced only cold water. Strange, as it was electric, so should have got warm. Could do with more loungers by the pool.

The room was quite spacious, independent, bed comfortable, bathroom big, towels included bath and small ones (often forgotten by hotels for people with longer hair to dry), big towels provided for the swimming pool. Efficient a/c, and a fan also provided if required. Swimming pool not enormous, but lovely, clean and open all day. Small patio with easy chairs. Large drying rack to side of house for towels etc. Quiet area, 10 min walk to beach and local eateries, 15 min to shops and more food outlets, plus the aquarium. Local outlet for breakfast 100m. Owners very friendly and helpful, we were given yummy home made samosas for free.

There isn’t really anything we could find fault with compared to the other 3 places we stayed in Malaysia

We loved the tree house style of the property ,it was close to the beach and restaurants and all the other amenities.The family that own the property were brilliant they helped us in anyway they could,we had fresh squid(that was caught by the owner’s father)cooked for us also roti chanai and other tasty snacks.The facilities were excellent lots of hot water,nice quiet air conditioning,fans in the lounge area and really comfy beds.We stayed 6 nights but could easily of stayed longer .would highly recommend staying here.

Nothing not to like!

The owners were a lovely family, they let us check in early and check out late which was a Godsend. They brought us fresh pineapple and fresh samosa for breakfast which was a lovely touch. The little Tree House, all beautifully handmade by the owner and spotlessly clean with such attention to detail. Brilliant location, very close to the beach, 5 min walk. Breakfast cafe 2 min walk. Duty Free very close. Lovely swimming pool, sunbeds and brollies. Microwave, kettle, fridge, crockery and cutlery. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we would definitely return. We can't recommend The Teemak Villas and it's wonderful owners highly enough!

We had issues with the WiFi, which was fixed during our stay, however it was still very patchy once fixed. I also had limited Celcom range here, one bar, which wasn't good enough to use for internet. This of course is not property fault, but was frustrating..

The owners and staff were wonderful and friendly. The pool and gardens are beautiful. We hired scooters here which was super easy. Very knowledgeable people with great recommendations on where to go and what to do. Really nice quiet spot and out of the way, but not too far to restaurants and beach.

Temak Villa was incredibly value for money - the accommodation was comfortable and sufficient for our needs plus location-wise, really close to food and amenities (we walked out when we needed breakfast, dinner etc). But the best thing of all was the lovely lovely could that owns/runs Temak Villa. They were incredible - super accommodating and warm. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay, but the one recommendation would be to put pool towels in the room. You can easily ask for them though.

The Temak Villa is perfect if you're looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay. The pool and garden area are just like the photos. The aircon and hot water worked well. Pantai Tengah is a really nice and quiet beach only 5 mins walk away. There are lots of restaurants and corner stores nearby too. We stayed in one of the double rooms which is really a villa with a private courtyard and they're a great choice if you're looking for an affordable place to stay with a great pool. If you have a slightly larger budget, the tree houses look really cool, just like in the photos! The family who run the property are lovely and even took us to the ferry terminal with no notice because we couldn't get a taxi or grab to take us.
