We had a very good stay at the Temak Villa. Location was walking distance from eateries, restaurants and Chenang beach. Also a 20 min drive from the airport. Staff was really nice and surprised us with some cooked meals. Pool and garden were clean. Bed and pillow were comfortable.

The treehouses were great, the staff/owner couldn’t be any more helpful - even brought snacks at breakfast time. Such a relaxing place and only a 10 minute walk to the beach.

We have been to the Temak Villa three times, and my wife and I loved it. The owners are very friendly and honest. We will be back again. We were there during Raya, and the owner served us a traditional Malay breakfast with ketupat and beef rendang.

If it had a beach front it would have been perfect but the beach was only a 5 mins walk.

Tree House - very different and unique. A different exciting experience. Small & Cosy - 4 villas and 3 tree houses. Family own, husband and wife team. Very accommodating and easy going. Swimming pool is Salt water (nice). Location was good. It was the next beach up from Pantai Cenang called Pantai Tengah. Had a great personal touch.

Loved the treehouse rooms - so different and special. It was so relaxing to sit in the swing chair and enjoy the breeze, and then head upstairs for that beautiful treehouse shower. Bed was comfy. Absolutely everything we could think of was provided for, and the host came over with fresh mango juice every day!

Friendly staff, lovely villas and great location near to Pantai Tengah beach and many restaurants and bars. Lovely pool and owners couldn’t do enough, offering us snacks and guidance throughout stay. Beds fairly comfy and rooms well equipped with fridge, some cutlery, good storage - everything you need. Great value for money - would recommend!!

Very friendly hosts who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Provided early check in. Modern villas with a lovely lap pool in tropical setting. Short walk to restaurants and supermarket. 10 minute easy walk to the beach . Organised Island Hopping tour for a very modest cost. Comfortable bed. Good airconditioning

This hotel is an absolute wonder. The owners welcome you as if you were part of the family, kind and amazing hosts. The hotel is stunning and the garden around the tree houses is beautiful and very well taken care; the pool is great, very well maintained and it's amazing to just chill in that area. The treehouse is so well designed, the decoration supervised to the detail, very clean and, imagine how cool it is to have a tree inside your room?! 🤩 You have the shops, main beaches a walking distance. The area is safe and quiet. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed. Congratulations, we loved it! 👏👏

The location is great. It's a little ways in off the main road. So it is quiet while convenient to walk to shops and local restaurants as well as to Cenang Beach. The host family was very nice and provides me with locals treats. The owner let me use his bicycle for free. Recommended great restaurants that served local cuisine. I very much enjoyed my 4 nights there and got to know the family well. Fisal and his wife are great hosts. Comes highly recommended.

The location is a little bit further out from the main beach area. Probably a 20 minute walk. We didn't mind this personally as the beach closer to Temak was much quieter and more beautiful in our opinion.

Temak Villa was a fantastic place to stay! It was so well designed and felt like a real change from modern hotels. The villas were beautiful, in their own little garden, with a pool. Our villa had it's own little kitchenette with facilities, and there was water and soft drinks on arrival- lovely after a flight! The staff were fantastic and offered good recommendations, as well as warning us about no ferry to Penang at the moment. Really helpful. The room was lovely and felt like a real escape in nature. Would definitely recommend staying here.
