United Kingdomroom was so tiny...no kettle to make tea or coffee....no wardrobe or drawers. worst of all was not told it was in the cargo area of the Airport. We booked this so we could get close to the main Airport,to save time , but we were told on website it was 2.8 km from Airport. We spent a fortune on taxis and limited choice of food as we were in the middle of nowhere, no shops or restaurants and was inconvenient to get taxis everywhere. from the hotel to Airport and vice versa it was approximately 20 km and took 50 minutes.{ had to go long way around } we could have gone to the centre of Kuala Lumpar in an extra 10 minutes, got a bigger bedroom and central location for everything

AustraliaCeiling fan was squeaky, and it was a little difficult to insert keycard into holder (to allow power to room). Name could be made more distinct - taxi drivers easily confused with similarly-named hotel adjacent to the airport.
Good value for money hotel with nice restaurant. The free airport transfers were every 2 hours, meaning I didn't wait for my next scheduled one, and arrived by taxi instead (extra cost of course). Free wifi.

MalaysiaThe a/c was warm and I had to clean the a/c filter as it was dusty. After cleaning it the a/c was cold. Rooms are really small and not practical for 2 people. The toilet had a smell coming out from the pipes. There isn't any view as the window is facing inwards to the building.
The location was convenient as the place I needed to go is 5 mins away. The reception staff and breakfast staff was very friendly. Parking was very convenient.

SpainI was under the impression that this was an airport Hotel, but in reality it was more like a 30 minute taxi ride away. The rooms are tiny, there is barely enough room for your luggage around the beds. Cleanliness, acceptable, nothing more.
Receptionist was pleasant enough. The price was cheap so expectations were low, and this was matched by the actuality of the Hotel. The free shuttle back to the airport in the morning was on time and a good service.

AustraliaIt supposed to be stopover sleep for whole night. Instruction are tricky because is different Tune Hotel Klia which you have to wait by transport ( not often during night). So I spend 45mins. waiting for transport, than other 20-30 mins drive to hotel, check-in, shower and sleep in small room but little bit noisy based on guest coming and going and early morning transfer back. Not the best sleep, plus taxis dont want to take you there !
