Large modern rooms, spacious premises, parking next to rooms, secure location. Largest pool (Olympic 50 m wide) in northern Namibia.

Too many cats at the restaurant area as well as flies. The steak we had was no too palatable. We couldn’t warm up our take away because no microwave was available.

Having to pay upon check in. It’s usually nice to pay and tip at the same time upon check out. Plus it was raining heavily so the back and forth wasn’t too great.

The breakfast has limited options for vegetarian and vegan. For my colleagues who were camping, the ablution facilities are limited and people had to que up to take a shower.

The menu offers options even for vegetarians. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The camping grounds are well kept with plenty of space for physical activities.

The Town Tsumeb has no restaurants and not much entertainment except 3 shopping malls 🤣!!!

The design of the rooms (we had a one bedroom suite) is good, except that the roof design allows the early morning light to flood the room in an unwelcome way when you are trying to maximise available sleep time!

The facilities at this resort are excellent. Unfortunately our overnight stop on the way to the Caprivi (Zambezi) region of Namibia did not allow us time to use them, especially the very large, inviting swimming pool.

My review would have been 10 if it wasnt for the beds. The double bed was the smallest I've experienced in a hotel. I expected a much larger bed for such a large room and that was dissapointing.

The staff could be better at communication. We informed them that we may be arriving late. They never got back to us to let us know if that was okay. As it is on a busy junction of a fairly big town, it can get loud at times. However, our room was a bit away from the main road, so it was limited. This is a chalet, so you'd expect a kitchenette and a microwave so as to make something warm for yourself when you arrive. There was only a kettle, so we had to eat something cold with our own picnic gear. It needs to be much better equiped.

The accommodation is about an hours drive from Etosha NP, eastern entrance, on a decent straight road. It is a very modern, gay-friendly and very secure accommodation. The receptionist was quite friendly, which is rare in Namibia. And the security guys were also very nice to. There was plenty of secure parking too within the gates. The chalet that we stayed in was very modern and spacious, and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable with good pillows. The shower had ample supply of water and good power. The WiFi reception was quite good too.

There were no amenity kits like basics shower cap, bottled water daily, the kettle was faulty, no iron in n the room and no phone to call reception u have to walk or drive all the way down which was a bit of an inconvenience.

Well established resort, rooms in bungalows are nice. Parking next to bungalows. Swimming in Olympic size pool is great bonus after a long drive.
