Had an amazing stay at GTA Ikeja. The staff were welcoming and nice. Shoutout to God’s power, Njoku and a lady that wears red glasses at the restaurant. They were all kind and helpful.

My room was unavailable and not ready when i arrived. I Was put in temporary room for one day meaning I couldn't really unpack properly until the 2nd day of my stay which was quite frustrating and annoying. This was time consuming and also disrupted my schedule. The Bed was too firm and hard

If the guests are a couple, there should be 2 keys issued as this is needed to access the lift when returning

The location is perfect as it’s close to the airport. The complimentary breakfast should be for the couple and not one person.

Generally extremely slow service with the food, average 2 hours max you will be waiting which is reassuring because its fresh however not great. Head bar staff kept trying to push the wrong order on me i.e making me try to eat goat meat when I ordered beef and eventually making me pay for a cocktail the price of a cocktail, very unprofessional of him.

Amazing view from rooftop, music, food and lovely staff. High ceiling room, best shower head I've ever used (it sprays!), smart tv, entire kitchen facilities. Cannot complain

The sheets and pillow slips were not changed after previous guest left, they were only straightened. Use bottle water was left in there for me. Toilet wasn’t washed properly, could see some old body fluids on seat, told receptionist about this while checking out

Reception staff are pleasant. But kitchen staff care less
