Spent a week here. The room was comfortable. The food was pretty good over the week - an amazing apple crumble in the lunchtime buffet, for example. The staff were super friendly especially in Soho Restaurant - always greeted with amazing service and big smiles.

Hotel was strategically located an easily assessible to other parts of Lagos. Room very tidy with clean bathroom and comfortable bed. All manner of entertainment available on the TV including all kinds of sports. The staff all very professional in their duties from the security men at the entrance gate to the reception and dinning. The food is very good and buffer from breakfast to dinner. Breakfast was free but you have to pay for the lunch/dinner. There is also Chinese and Italian Resturants within the hotel as extra option besides the variety of food provided at the buffer. I initially booked for five nights but because the hotel was so ideal for me, I had to cancel reservation in another hotel to extend my stay at the Lagos Continental. I will definitely visit again.

the infinity swimming pool was closed for cleaning while I was there.

the 22nd floor provided an excellent view of sunrise and sunset. 59 tv channels, I had soaking bath in the evening and shower in the morning. the staff always checking that every we requested for provided and finding out whether we were satisfied. It was a wonderful experience. I would recommend the hotel to any couple on holiday in Lagos.

It is an expensive hotel - though I think it is probably just about fair value for money. The Eko Hotel is more exciting down the road, however the room and food quality at the LC is higher.

Excellent room - perhaps the best in Lagos, and even Nigeria. The restaurants available also good - in particular Soho which is home to the best Chinese food I have eaten in Africa. Coffee shop in the lobby also nice, and the service at the hotel is top rate.

The standard room was quite spacious. The facilities were also well maintained. The cost of the food was relatively high with some items being unavailable but it was good value for money

I booked several weeks in advance, and I paid a non-refundable hold to secure my booking. I sent a message to the booking manager on our travel date to inform that I'll be arriving late and travelling with children to ensure smooth check in. Very sadly we got to the hotel near midnight, and after keeping me waiting nearly 30mins the guy at the reception checked me and my family into a lower category room than what I paid for. So we all went up with all our luggages and two sleeping children only for me to realise that I was given a lower category. To make matters worse, the receptionist who didn't have the decency to inform me in advance why I was being downgraded, now confessed that the suite I paid for was occupied, and even lied that the single room he checked me into was in the same category as the suite I booked. I don't imagine anyone pays for a hotel of this class to come and face such ugly drama. One night lost in discomfort can never be recovered. On a positive note the young lady at the Guest Relations was quite nice and apologetic.

Nice ambience overall in this hotel. The crowd is decent compared to similar big hotels in VI that feel so much like a market square especially at night, the rooms are quiet and clean, the breakfast selection is very good, and the staff are quite helpful.

I HONESTLY CANNOT THINK OF ANY DISLIKE WITH THIS HOTEL. MY WIFE AND I HAVE ADOPTED THIS HOTEL AS OUR GO TO HOTEL FOR OUR STAY WHENEVER WE ARE IN LAGOS.

Didn’t like how long it took for me to check-in . I was delayed for two hours. And as a result was late to a wedding.

The property was lively and clean . They have kept up with the property nicely however the decor in the rooms are being to look dated.

Nothing. For a high end property like this, however, continental hotel could make effort to make sure the areas surrounding it are up to par. For example, it could work with the Lagos state government to make sure all the drains on its street are cleaned and covered up. It could also work with the government to clean up the canal and close it off from pedestrian usage. This will give the street it’s on a nicer look and feel.
