Polanda bit too small room, too slow internet, high price per night
In Nigeria you need to use other criterias than in Europe. Prices for 4* hotels are MUCH HIGHER than elsewhere and there are very few of them. I spent there 4 nights and the room was too small, mainly used by the double bed. Internet was OK but pretty small, room was perfectly clean, good breakfasts, very helpful staff and in general my stay was nice

NigeriaThe location has roads and buildings under construction when I visited which made access a bit challenging. I had to walk to the junction to locate the place. The street also has two names making it even more difficult to locate. Better landmarking and google mapping is necessary. The breakfast is not a buffet and the options were significantly limited on what one could order. Eg I could not have fries and plantain and an omelette, I only could do either fries or plantain. Also, the timing of the breakfast ending at 10am for something i have to order is ridiculous. Pay attention to this.
I liked the staff and how courteous and attentive they were. They also made necessary adjustments when I made requests for Breakfast. I liked the availability of a pool and the gym, and the overall ambience of the spaces.

Quiet, compact, clean, kind attentive staff, especially Charles, who accompanied me to my meeting venue nearby. Isglo had great internet, superb meals a superb room ambience and items all at an affordable rate compared to some ‘big’ hotels in the vicinity of Ikoyi.
