United KingdomDon’t understand when you book for 2 you only get 1 towel and 1 breakfast. States in booking toiletries but only small soap supplied We had late checkout till 6,30 and we were charged #38000. Which was more than room rate for a night stay, was very disappointed by that as we had stayed 10 nights.

Booked for 2 but only 1 very small sandwich for breakfast provided for 1 person. Apparrantly some hotels only provide 1 breakfast per 2 people Dinner was very good Staff were very friendly and helpful Great location

Nigeria1, The hotel is actually very small, so much that any noise from your room could easily disturb others. 2, The bedside drawer was bad, and even after I called the attention of the supervisor to this, she never did anything about it. Gave me an excuse about being busy working on a bid. To her it was just was not important. 3, The Freezer compartment of the small fridge was disjointed that you couldn’t keep any thing heavy inside it. 4, The food at this hotel is so expensive that for the first time staying at a hotel, I never patronized the restaurant. Ordinary Noodles is N3500 (In Nigeria), while Jollof Rice was N5,200! I think Garri and Soup starts at N8,000. 5, Very few ports to charge devices. There was only one in the whole room. 6, The water heater was not working. And while the supervisor had told me about this initially, on cold days when I needed it I found this very inconvenient.
1, I was given a concessionary pricing due to my length of stay. 2, The staff are also nice especially Elijah the gateman. Wale the receptionist was cool too. 3, There were little or no mosquitoes at all! I found this very impressive. 4, The hotel is very clean and tidy.

NigeriaThe facilities were dead. No Wifi, No Netflix, My room had no TV, just one small one in what was supposed to be the living room. The bathroom had no water heater, the room had no towels. I had to request for one and when they eventually brought it, it was the tackiest, overused towel I have ever seen at a hotel.
Clean environment and neighborhood. Unsure what else, maybe if I had checked in during the day, I would have appreciated it more. They brought breakfast to my room, it was okay. Couldn't drink the tea, cuz I would not drink anything made in Lekki that I didn't make myself considering the state of the water.
