Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hotel used to be an apartment that converted to a hotel which has an effect on standard rooms

The Mattress was too hard . There was a NASTY choking smell in the bedroom. I complained, they said it’s due to the room locked up for so long and needs airing, I opened the window and turned the air conditioning on but overnight was terrible with the smell ....that needs fixing

My room door made a noise everytime I opened it (106) but I loved the room.

The hotel applies the price at their front desk, not what is offered on Booking.com. The access road to the property is bad and terrible for low vehicles.
The facility is kept fairly clean.

I couldn’t sleep,there were too much mosquitoes in the room! Stayed up all night. The water heater wasn’t working,I bathed with cold water.

The counter. 5 to 6 members are always behind the counter attending to one guest. This is extremy rude and takes away any shred of privacy. I was also overcharged which was blamed on Booking.com

The strong smell of cigarette in the corridors was very choking. I almost suffocated. It got me sick. It'll be nice if the environment smells fresh. You could have people with allergies or asthma lodging and it could affect their health.
The room was neat. The staff were nice and the breakfast was good.

water didn’t run. staff had to get a bucket of water for me to have my bath. but water was later restored. room walls too thin could hear all sorts going on in different rooms. light kept going off and on due to switch from gen to main electricity supply. no lifts. for Pple with mobility issues I wouldn’t recommend. a/c in my room didn’t work properly. didn’t bother to change rooms as I was out all day

The WiFi was practically non-exisitent, had to use my phone ALL THROUGH my stay. Even phone signals within the building were very touch-and-go. Despite coming down for breakfast by 0700am, and calling and calling for attendance, was finally told "there's nothing available until after 0830am"....we promptly left for the Airport.
Only the location (vis-a-vis proximity to the Airport) is of any value. The check-in process was arduos, and almost an hour over despite arriving early and giving great lead time.

Everything(The hotel is bigger than i expected & appears to be online, courteous staff,beddings,fridge, clean room, cleaned my car)except the fact that the road to hotel was bad. I also had to change room from the 1st floor to the 2nd because the A.C in the previous stopped working. The power system was the frustrating part of it all which I don't want to believe happens frequently(just kept fluctuating & we literally were put in the dark whenever they were switching to gen) which eventually spoilt both chargers i went in there with. The towel was small too. I enjoyed my 1st night than i did enjoy my 2nd.
