A lovely cozy hotel. It was quiet, clean and well-kept. The staff were fantastic. Welcoming, friendly, polite and professional. They were always willing to help with questions and queries. The food on site was delicious with a nice variety of local and international dishes. Can I give a special thank you to the front of house staff at reception, kitchen staff for the lovely meals and the two drivers who drove us around : Adegoke and Solomon. You all made our stay special.

Having to remind housekeeping to refill my bathroom amenities did not feel right & i would still come back to an empty tray even after asking for a refill; other than this, everything else was exceptional

The staff right from reception to kitchen were really helpful & offered exceptional service, the barman & the bell boys were very welcoming, i will be coming back for all my future visits

At times, service could be a bit slow. Breakfast is quite limited. It would be good if the hotel could provide brochures of venues that would be of interest to travelers/hotel guests - e.g., galleries, restaurants, coffee shops, theatres.

As I moved from a smaller room to a larger one (Aarhus), I knew that the lights were a little dim in my bathroom.

Everything is well maintained and well conceptualised. It may be on the smaller side but you also have access to the swimming pool and restaurants at the hotel.

For a hotel with such international profile, the staff should be world class in providing not simply service but also solutions for visitors, And not just speakers of good English.

I did not like the bathroom and the amenities in it. The toilet was quite disappointing. My husband and I did not get the usual hotel slippers. It felt like a low budget Nordic Hotel. The Spaghetti Bolognese I ordered was not nice. The plantain was really soggy. We were made to understand however, that this was an older Nordic hotel and that kind of explained it.

I enjoyed my breakfast. I enjoyed my jollof rice and chicken but the portion was small.

Even though the gym and pool is at a sister property, getting there isn’t very easy, it’s an extra cost.

I liked everything

Wonderful. And the wonderful lady who served it on the morning of 19th served it with a smile. I was even late but she welcomed me with a smile. Asked to do stuff for me and asked ‘do you need anything else’? And it was genuine
