The entire staff was helpful. I love that the gym is well equipped, and they serve good food, too. It's total value for money!

I didn't like my bathtub.

I love the staff. Chidera, the manager, went above and beyond to make my stay amazing. Victor was another one, and my driver Emmanuel was amazing. There was another lady there. You know who you are. Sorry, I can't remember your name, but you were amazing!!

There is need for the dining space to be little more spacious as i believe the number of rooms have increased over the years and the property is always fully booked.

Have been a regular in this hotel since last ten years or so. Hotel location and ambience perfect for a peaceful stay. The staff from maingate security till check out managed everything meticulously to my full satisfaction. Over last one year i have observed the staff quality has improved. Same people but their behaviour and going out of their way always to make guest comfortable has improved by far. The breakfast is much better now with wide choice available. Even the kitchen menu is improving every day. Bar is well stocked and well managed by Peter and Frannk.

The room was much bigger than expected and it was beautiful. The staff and service was pretty good too. Zero complaint.

Mosquitoes. Soap finished midstream and no replacement. Room was isolated. Had to travel through rain a couple of times. Rooms were pricey for location. Staff a little rowdy for comfort. Limited laundry on offer after which you have to pay. Tight parking space. Breakfast plate at one point was dirty, I had to ask that it be removed.

The room was not ready when we got there at about 11:30 we had to wait for like another 40 minutes before we could check in otherwise our stay was perfect and the staff exceptional

The policy is very rigid and i tried to contact the hotel to try to speak with them when i failed to make it to on the first night but they were very unhelpful nor offered any options to assist.

The location was good although the breakfast is basic. The time taken to prepare the breakfast was too long and i had to keep letting them know that i needed to get the breakfast on time.

No water on arrival although they switched on quickly, no lights in room. They did offer to move us but we were only staying a night so just let it be. In the morning I explained I’m intolerant to gluten but still bread came on my plate. The fruit was off. Coffee was terrible. We went elsewhere for breakfast.

The bed was okay. The place would be decent if they’d just give it a bit of maintenance, check the rooms properly and provide better service at breakfast. It’s in a quiet area set back from the street so slept well.

The AC was not working well, mosquitoes prevented me from sleeping all night, TV was not working and the breakfast I paid for was nothing to write home about.

Breakfast was not to my liking, i expected a buffet setting with multiple food options to choose from. I also felt that the food served from the hotel's restaurant was expensive and did not give value for the price sold. The porters took too long to attend to my concerns too.

Location is in a serene environment, in the middle of town. It was easy to locate and represents what the picture shows.

The facility was quite dated compared to other Nordic facilities in Lagos and Blucabana in abuja. The doors were old and squeaky. The bathroom design is so 1980.

The furnishings are quite old and dated. The hot water did not run.
