Location of hotel - It was within a large estate with many turns after reaching the front gate. It is in a nice gated community but the hotel is a good 5 minutes drive from the front gate and costs a bit more to come and go by taxi. The hotel has nice features but could use some updating/maintenance. The towels were old. I had to request a second towel for the room almost every day as they would only replace with one. No hand towels or face cloths were provided. Had to wait for a long time to get a towel by the pool daily as well.

The hotel was Modern, bar by the pool was relaxing, and pool was a good size, also open late. Food choices for breakfast were good.

Staff communication is terrible. The hotel is not up to par. Bathroom stinks

The staff are rude. They left us in the dark for 4 hours at night, with no light. The staff could not even apologise when I complained of bad service. The room is old and the bathroom stinks. It was such a horrible experience that I had to reduce the number of days I wanted to stay and went to another hotel.

The staff didn’t seem to care we had to ask the same girl on the desk for a clean bath towel about four times in the day we had to ask to have the room cleaned even after being out all day the room was still not cleaned until late some staff mainly on the front desk just seemed to roll their eyes at us Dior the most simple requests but the property and room was nice
