United KingdomThe hotel is incredibly dated, back to the days of the Sheraton Abuja, which Abuja Continental took over from a couple of years ago. While the new owners have built a terrific conference centre, the quality of the rooms and restaurants is relatively poor by comparison. However, you do see transformation everywhere, and by the next time I come here, I expect big changes will have been made.
The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the middle of Abuja. We ran a conference at the hotel, and fair play, the new conference centre is superb really well done. I was also upgraded on arrival to a suite of my own which I really appreciated. The pool area, the gym and paddle/tennis courts also top rate.
