The room was inhabitable, unhygienic and gross bathroom. Face me I face you public toilet grade. Even when a change of room was given, years old unwashed curtains and public level smelly dirty bathroom was still the case.

Very very very very dirty. Unhygienic dirt covered brown slimy broken tiles. Unwashed sheets, unwashed fridge. Dirty feaces stained brown toilet. Cold food.

The toilet appeared clean, but it was not properly washed which made it smell. The staff washing the toilet should pay attention to the underside of the toilet seat when washing. Only one entrance to location is open before 6am in the morning, which can frustrate bolt drivers before they locate it. You will need to add 15-20 min to your time if you want to leave before 6am.

My stay was good. The gate Man was so welcoming and lovely. He needs to be promoted. Constant power supply and AC was great. A little renovation will suffice. In nutshell great experience for me especially with the gate man's assistance. He was awesome

Firstly, I made reservation and confirmed my arrival time, later I called the hotel to reschedule another arrival time because I was stuck in traffic, upon arrival at the hotel at my requested arrival time, the room I reserved had been given out to another customer. I was made to pay more to have the only available room they had. My question now is, why comfirm my reservation when the hotel knows they won't reserve it... The hotel facility is not like what I saw on the photographs displayed on Booking. Com... The towel was very very very old which is suppose to be white in colour but due to its old age it had turned brown... Obviously I couldn't use it. The bedsheets were very old and not comfortable, the duvet was very very old as well as the furniture were looking very old and lacked necessary upgrade or maintenance. The worst of it all, the so called Complimentary breakfast was a joke, I was served like a dog, the hotel kitchen had the audacity to me something that looked liked spaghetti with HALF piece of Egg. The bathroom had an already opened and used tissue place there.

The Staff were polite though they need professional hospitality training. The location was easy to access.

Everything about the hotel. The description online said 7mims drive from the Airport which was a huge lie. The facilities are poorly managed and out dated, with the room stinking... Imagined such hyped hotel showing only NTA news to Customers after paying exorbitant amount. Their management lacks competence. I c an't recommend the place to anyone

Absolutely nothing to like about the hotel. Starting from the deceitful location from Airport to the dilapidated room/ facilities inside, coupled with the high cost of food that is tasteless. I and my spouse regretted visiting the hotel. We only managed to spend one night and left. It's not worth the price...
