Apparently there was complementary breakfast but we weren't told this at check in so never used it. Bed was not very comfortable and pillows were too large.

Staff are super kind and attentive. Guest house is kept immaculately clean. Nice to have a kitchen to use. Fantastic location 5 mins from beach.

The location was perfection and was exactly what we were looking for for our weekend in SJDS. Javier, the owner, was also super friendly and helpful during our whole stay.

Excellent location and unbeatable prices. Javier is very helpful and is always around. There were 3 of us and we had the 4bed dorm all to ourselves, which was great. There is a good amount of toilets and showers which makes it very convenient.

Cosy hostel, we stayed over Christmas and the staff were so friendly, nice breakfast with fresh fruit and pancake. The owner even gave us complimentary a/c which was very kind and well appreciated! In a great location too

Right in the center of San Juan del Sur, every commodities are in walking distance. Javier is incredibly helpful and available for any questions you may have. They are a lovely family business, very friendly and welcoming. The hostel is cosy and has all the basic things you may need. We were staying in a private room with AC, perfect for the few nights we spent there. I would go back :)

This is the first time I give a review, because the hostel owner was super nice! He even took care of my laundry, because he knew a cheaper place and he is a very funny man. I can really recommend this place because it is also close to the beach and had everything you need in a hostel.

everything was amazing. Javier and his family are the nicest person ever. He was soooo helpful without asking anything in return. Honesty, kindness and caring people, I feel blessed getting to know them. Breakfast is included and it was very central.

kitchen was very badly equiped bathroom was dirty no nice common area, no place to hang out comfortably, sitting area on the 1st floor seems like a waiting room, hammocks or garden would be a nice addition, also place to dry towls or beach stuff no shuttle servic to beaches available, no information about it

Comfy bed, spacious room, perfect location and super kind family. Breakfast was yummy -- pancakes with bananas, and occasionally a típico. We felt very lucky to have been made to feel so welcome, and Javier went out of his way to help us many many times. We would 110% recommend!
