Quality of food varies dramatically - on our first night the food was delicious, on the second night one order was wrong and the other dish was cold. We were overcharged on checkout until we pointed it out and received the overcharge back in cash.

Clean dorms. Each bed has a fan and locker. Lakeside location is beautiful. Nice staff. Great value for the price

The bin in the bathroom was not emptied the whole time we were there which considering you cannot put paper in the loo is unpleasant. There are very few places nearby for food and the restaurant food is ok but there are always 6 waiting staff stood around who seem determined to ignore people wanting to order. There was usually only one waiter with a headset who was running round doing everything while the others chatted (give him a raise!).

View over the lake is beautiful! There are rubber rings and kayaks you can use and lots of chairs and hammocks to relax it. The room was clean and quiet and the Wi-Fi was good. There are lots of different areas to relax in and they helped to organise tours for us. We had breakfast included and it was very good.

Not great for those with mobility issue, too many steps/stairs. Would have loved bathrooms closer to the beach access and bar. Bar closes at 9:30pm. Beach may be a bit overcrowded at the most popular times.

Beautiful location with great views and beach access to the lagoon! Bar and restaurant were great both in price and quality, not to mention the staff was friendly and accomodating. Good mix of locals, solo travelers, and groups.

I wish they had drinking water available near reception, the restaurant is down multiple steps of stairs so it can very inconvenient to get drinking water.

beautiful view of the lagoon, the restaurant serves very good food and drinks which are reasonably priced, the staff are very friendly. My bed was comfortable and room was very clean. Kayaks are free and easily accessible.

Pretty pricy, not many food options or common area (not a hostel). Coffee available, but not tasty (for me, sorry) The non AC rooms are just unbearable, sorry, again, personal. With AC double the price (70$/pp/night) Not enough showers - none down by the lake and neither bathrooms LOTS OF STAIRS

What a location, great resort with pretty traditional buildings and lots of plants and flowers, hammock area I der palm trees, so open, so spacious, lots of sitting areas with tables and chairs, plenty of sun chairs , enough shade , great pantoon in the lake.

Food and drinks are very expensive compared to other places and there are not many possibilities around to eat cheaper. Also it is very expensive to get away when you would like to be flexible with the times (Chickenbus only three times a day plus shuttle to oasis in the afternoon).

Beautiful place at the laguna to hang out and chill, swim and kayaking.

Very chill location! Dorms are very modern and you have your own space, it doesnt feel like 10 bed dorms. Service was really good, friendly and helpful. Got a free beer because of the noises of the construction. The food was a bit more pricy then usualy but for that big portions and good quality!

Paradiso is an amazing spot! The location is perfect, right at the lagoon with a nice size beach, the staff is helpful and friendly, and the amenities are fantastic! (They are currently renovating/expanding their restaurant and other areas but this didn't affect us at all - and can't wait to see it finished!)

Workers. They complain a lot among themselves. They argue a lot, they talk a lot about their problems. personnel in the restaurant area. at the entrance. or exit gate they meet when leaving and smoke. the smell comes. The first 2 rooms are not a suggestion. smoking away from the gate
