Great stuff, perfect room, so close to Pokhara bus station. There are many cafes and restaurants around. The room is so clean with a big bath! They prepared breakfast for us to take away since we did not have time to eat at the hotel🙌🏼

I am beyond thrilled with my stay! The entire experience was exceptional, and I couldn’t get enough of the stunning view from the rooftop. From up there, I could admire the majestic Swoyambhu Temple and the breathtaking Chandragiri Hills, which made the stay feel truly special. The rooms were extraordinary—spacious, impeccably clean, and so comfortable. The service was outstanding, and the friendly owner went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. The night view was mesmerizing, and the sunshine during the day just added that extra touch of magic to the experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and the ambiance was perfect for both family stays and gatherings with friends. It provided an authentic and unforgettable experience of Nepal at its best. The airport pickup service was a real convenience, making everything run smoothly from the start. Honestly, this place sets such a high standard, it’s hard to imagine anything else coming close. From now on, when I visit Nepal, Hotel Alleyway Express will be my top choice. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an incredible stay!

Loved my stay here! The room was clean and comfortable which is the first prirotity for me whenever I travel. Staff were friendly always ready to help. The best part for me was the Rooftop Bar which was simply amazing, especially in the evening,sitting there with a drink and watching the sunset. The hotel's location is in Thamel but the best part is that it's tucked away in a peaceful area, so can get best of both world.

It wasn't a problem for me, but if you have any problems you should know that the hotel has 4 floors of rooms and does not have an elevator.

It's a new hotel in Kathmandu, all is new, clean and really comfortable. The rooms have a natural decoration, with light colors. They always use white sheets. The staff is very friendly. They are always willing to help you.

Staff was unhelpful. Was unable to supply an extra blanket. Was unable to call a taxi for us. Internet was very bad. The electricity went off for hours without a generator.
