Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Can’t think of a thing!
The Ananta hotel is newly renovated and the comfort of the bed and surroundings in the rooms are so good and on par with western standards. The mattress and pillows were super comfortable!! I had the garden view room which has a lovely view and was quiet with little street noise. The made to order breakfast was great with ample amount of fresh fruit, coffee and juice, so much better than the typical buffet type breakfast. The BEST thing about my stay was the staff. Everyone was so nice and accommodating and tbh couldn’t do enough to make my stay wonderful! Thank you and kind regards! Vivi 🇺🇸 living in Thailand 🇹🇭

I feel Hotel Ananta Home is a hotel which can only be described by its own name because here the service from the staffs never ends. They were always there to help me with everything. Although, the rooms seems to be small but the furniture and the design of the room has made it look so gorgeous and luxirious that you can't explain by words. Also, the most important thing I want to talk about is Breakfast which was simple but was mouth watering because of the way in which it was served and also because of its freshness it was so good. Everyone were talking about garden view room but the room on the road side was more comfortable and nice in my point of view because you will see the beautiful and quiet kathmandu valley from the balcony in the night time. Therefore, I will recommend everyone to stay in this hotel during their stay in kathmandu.

There was construction going on. Make sure you take rooms at garden side if the construction proceeds. Hot water wasn't really hot and it took time to get warm but they mentioned they were working on that. They didn't have a visa card payment option but they're working on it.
One of the best places I stayed in Nepal. Really comfortable, walking distance to restaurants and shops in Thamel. The room is quite nice with good lighting and a very comfortable bed. It's a quite street at night. The staff was nice and accommodating. It was a nice end to my stay in Nepal.

There has been a huge effort in designng & decorating the room & the hotel Comfortable, nice colours everywhere, real personal touch, friendly people. The sheets of the bed deserve a special star, really cozy!

This is a beautiful hotel! It's clean and has a lot of comfort items and a very friendly staffs who make you feel at home. The location of the hotel was beyond my expectations because of the garden view which was visible from my room balcony. The room was sound proof that helped me to take a good sleep throughout my stay at this hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel for everyone to stay.

Brand new hotel in central Thamel. The properties were excellent and well-designed ''Quite and comfortable''its worth of money that I spend .The staff were so professional and loyal. Great location and super friendly staff. The rooms are small but comfortable and every member of staff was kind and really helpful. The location is perfect. It's the heart of Thamel and within walking distance from everything but the rooms are not noisy. The hotel also arranged for a driver to pick me up from the airport. I would stay again!

This little hotel was a wonderful surprise. The staff were so caring and thoughtful. I landed in Kathmandu very sick and Ananta staff organised my food and looked after me so well. A stand-out feature of the small but comfy room was an exceptional mattress!!! Best I ever slept on (which was a really good thing since I spent over 30hrs on it 😳😳) Would definitely stay here again. Great value for money!

The stayover cleaning of the bathroom and floors could be better.

A small thing and it was festival time but having to ask for room cleaning.
