I had a great experience at Hotel Arts. The hotel was very nice and well-maintained. Our room was spacious, and the bathroom was exceptionally clean. The staff were always friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We also tried the Indian food at the hotel, and it was absolutely delicious. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay — highly recommended!

AustraliaVery Overpriced and description of room was misleading. They didn’t want to accept my feedback. Shop around, it’s very expensive for what you get. I’m staying in a much nicer place, bigger cleaner room for half the price now. The room description for a triple room said there was a sauna, garden view, terrace and balcony as a feature and inclusion with the room. I saw none of those things. Breakfast was just ok - I had wedges and egg. Coffee was overpriced. Location is good and staff were polite.

AustraliaRoom floor was dirty. Balcony door did not open and no balcony furniture. Sounds picky but wall pictures were skew, indicating a lack of care in general. Noisy (internal noise seemed to echo up from floors below). Some external noise too despite being on 6th floor although to be fair, there was a festival in full swing. Had to ask for hand towels and hairdryer. Bathroom fan did not work. Overall impression a bit shabby. Looked nicer in pictures.

United StatesI recently had the privilege of staying at Hotel Arts Kathmandu that well surpassed my expectations. The staffs were polite and accommodating from the minute I arrived, making check-in a snap. The accommodation was amazing, clean, and comfy, and it had everything I needed for a nice stay. The rooftop of the hotel was without a doubt one of the highlights of my trip. I was given to a wonderful panoramic view of Kathmandu from this vantage point. The rooftop was tastefully created with comfy chairs, rich foliage, and soft lighting, and I spent several hours appreciating the view and taking in the tranquil atmosphere. The breathtaking view of the Monkey Temple( Syambhunath) during the sunrise and the sunset was something that kept hooked for hours.

The staff made me feel at home and went above and beyond to make sure I had a good day. The hotel is in a great location with quick access to all the city's top attractions. Whether you want to stroll or explore the nearby museums and art galleries.The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. But what really set this hotel apart was the amazing breakfast. The buffet had an extensive selection of delicious hot and cold dishes, including eggs, bacon, and fresh fruit. The quality of the food was exceptional, and I was impressed with the attention to detail and presentation.
