We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

MalaysiaThe booking done online and upon arrival at Hotel. They give room 301 but we found the room with one king saiz bed. We requested for another room and finally they twin bed. After we intended to continue after return from Pokhara. We told we need the same room.But we forgot to took the room number we stayed. They give us the receipt number bearing same room but did not changed the room number at my receipt After we came back to check in on 30th and 31th Dec 2023. The director told you stayed in this double bed room and why you want to changed. We have a big fight with the owner finally we cancel the booking. But the Hotel charge us for NR5500 for the cancellation. This is a cheating and fraud done against us .We have no choice to pay the cancellation fees. WE recommended future not to stay such Hotel management just pay extra for nothing. Please ask them to refund this pay to us. Thank you. Finally we stay at Kaveri Inn Hotel with good service provided rated 5 star. Than You Gvelu Director

United KingdomThe room smelt strongly of smoke. I informed the hotel of this and all they offered was to bring some spray which they never brought. The wall outside the bathroom had mould at the bottom. The sheets were dirty. There was a really loud ringing sound coming from I think the kitchen that woke me up at 1am and 6am so I had to go to reception and they went to the kitchen and then the sound stopped. Stayed in much better places for the same price and cheaper.

JapanThe room was very humid because the attached bathroom has no ventilation. Due to that the wall got moldy and smelled like basement. Food was awful that caused me a stomach problem. I will never trust the review scores anymore.
Shower was quite hot. That’s it.
