Big beautiful rooms, many windows, some retro old fashioned pieces of furniture and accessories. Breakfast was very delicious. Even though it was small but there was everything and you can order by the menu. The French restaurant is amazing! After Indian food I so much wanted to eat Mediterranean cuisine. White fish was cooked perfectly and onion soup!!! I want to thank beautiful and welcome ladies on reception (I forgot the names, but will upload the photo.

The sauna did not work. Also, many of the niches were missing statues which was most unfortunate. The ones that had were not very expensive so I don't know why they are all empty. Makes the place look not finished. In our 3 night stay, we never did meet the manager. I expected him to check in on us.

The 3 young ladies at the front desk Sudikshya, Abhipsa and Sweety were always available with smiling faces. They also were able to get us an upgrade at a reasonable price. Breakfast was excellent as was the general decor of the property. The ladies also assisted us in getting local cabs for touring! Thank you Sukikshya, Abhipsa and Sweety.

The gym could be better and you cannot reach tourist attractions by foot.

Wonderful staff of the hotel. The hotel itself is amazing which opens a window to history of Nepal. It inspires you to learn more about the art and history of Nepal. This is truly heritage hotel of Nepal. It is clean with nice breakfast. Lovely fishes in the center of the hotel yard calm your mind. I am grateful that I met Abhipsa, Sudikshya, and Sweety- they are excellent managers with people skills working at the registration. They are very helpful to help anytime and talk about their culture and traditions.

It took a while to get the tv tuned. Otherwise everything was very good.

Beautiful architecture and garden and very quiet. Great restaurants and shopping area adjacent. Spar for massages and beautiful rooms. Great staff and Shyam did a great tour of the complex and even got me a rub for my chest to help my cold. A special place. They also organised a nice car and an English speaking guide for a tour at a good price.

The spa face down bed was only a thin folding towels so at some certain point I felt my face a bit squashed

The generous room size multiply by rich history, beautiful architecture interior, the labyrinth courtyard and the arrays if shops and restaurants sums up a true bespoke stays in Kathmundu. Highly recommended the Heritage Suites.

Everybody; reception, housekeeping, bar, restaurant, management, etc. They all made our stay fantastic. Nothing is to much; you ask they advice and help you. FI; taxi, information about a location you want visit, etc.etc. Their Restaurant K2 with traditionel Nepali food is excellent.

It’s a bit away from Thamel and Durbar Square and taxi can be long with all the traffic.

1) Complimentary tea/coffee did not come with any creamer/milk. 2) Although it is nice to have a chef prepare fresh breakfast items on spot but it is also important that hand gloves are used when handling food. I saw the chef pulling something (dirt most likely) out from bread loaves with his bare hands and trust me it does not look good.

Loved the elegance, cleanliness and hospitality. The staff served us to the best of their ability. Breakfast was freshly prepared each morning and we enjoyed our stay.
