The staff made the stay special. Indira who checked us in and Rabina who upgraded us to the junior suite were both terrific. Amar who drove us around was wonderful. Truly enjoyed our stay!

While the elevated location ensures a good view of the surroundings, it also means quite a bit of uphill walk from the main lake area.

The facilities, the room and the staff were all excellent.

property is located within close proximity to Pokhra happening areas. The warm welcome of staff made us feel home.

We loved this hotel. The staff are so friendly, kind and attentive. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome. The view from our room over the lake was great and the food - morning buffet and evening meals - were all delicious. We had a spa massage after our trek and it was the best ever! We stayed here twice and definitely come back!

Our pick up from the airport was a bit messed up. There was someone from the hotel there with a sign but he said he was not waiting for us. We had to wait for another car to come & it was all confusing.

Everything is great.

Everything was perfect. The staff was terrific, the hotel was super clean, the breakfast spread was huge, and the restaurant was nice. There was an infinity pool, but we didn't use it due to the cold weather. Location and the small entrance keep you guessing when you arrive the first time. They also arranged for the driver to pick us up in the evening after our walking tour.

An exceptional property - I had a very relaxed, comfortable stay. The view is absolutely beautiful and all the facilities and amenities were stellar. The staff were all super friendly and kind as well.

It exceeded our expectations. You do have to walk a bit to get to the hotel but that also means it's quieter, away from the hustle and bustle and being on a hill gives it a great view.

The room was spacious, the bed felt like we were sleeping on a cloud (especially as we had just finished ABC), the view from the balcony was lovely and the bathroom had a jacuzzi tub. Staff were exceptionally helpful and the concierge knowledgable. If we were looking for a restaurant or a shop that sold something specific, his recommendations were spot on and the people there would treat us like royalty as soon as we dropped his name. The gardens are beautiful.

The distance from the lake, which was only a 10 minute walk was a little difficult for us due to special needs
