Very walkable location to the lake and restaurants, beautiful setting (gorgeous pool, a lot of greenery, and views of the lake and mountains, very helpful staff, super clean, very comfortable rooms. Loved this hotel- most definitely an excellent choice.

The hotel has an amazing view. We could see the Fewa Lake and the mountains from our balcony and the pool, which was extremely enjoyable. The breakfast was great too!

Everything was good.

The location is great, you reach the lakesaide area with a short walk, yet you are on a small hill to be able to overlook the lake, directly on your own balcony, which is fantastic. The room is very spacious, comfortable and clean, staffs are friendly and attentive. Breakfast offers a fair variety of choises, and the food quality is good. Oh and the beautiful garden is a bonus. Overall I enjoyed my stay there.

Second stay here and it was amazing again, even better. My room was amazing, with lake view. Everything in the hotel is very good, from room to pool, but the best here is the staff. Everybody, without exception, was just amazing. One of the best services I have received in a hotel. From reception to restaurant / pool bar staff, travel desk and driver. Everybody was so attentive, friendly and went above the expectations to help me with issues I had with a canceled flight.

The location of the hotel is a bit further from the lake than I would have liked and there is a very steep hill to take you up to it. However, they will drive you into town whenever you want and I just used a ride share service to come back so this was an easy fix. I did a few spa treatments and while they were great with massages (definitely do one) they were not good on pedicures. They did not charge me for the bad service so that's also a bonus for them.

Breakfast was terrific, and the staff were great. They made a really good cappuccino and everything was hot and ready to eat. You could even get fresh masala tea made and it was so delicious. They pick you up and drop you off at the airport, that was a very pleasant surprise. They also drive you into town if you want to explore. Everyone was friendly and kind and I felt like we were the only guests in the hotel.

Perfect hotel with a perfect view. Nothing really to complain, staff was amazing, very attentive and friendly. Pool is very nice and offers a great view. Great bar as well preparing perfect drinks. Rooms (and bathroom) are big and comfortable, with nice balconies.

There is no single thing that I did not like.

The staff was very proffesional and friendly. The spa was excellent. Location was perfect for tourists and it felt very safe, even at night. I would recommend this hotel and this would be my first choice in Pokhara.

For a family delux room it was very small. Not suitable for 3 adults.

Nice clean room with a fusion of traditional and modern decor. Room service and laundry. Great lake view and roof top swimming pool with spa treatment services. Very helpful and attentive staff. I highly recommend to everyone who is visiting Pokhara. I will check-in again.

Lots of noise from other rooms and the hall way. You also could hear the kitchen/restaurant staff on the very early morning. So maybe choose a room that is not close to restaurant
