The only issues I had were that there was no fitness suite, which had been advertised. This was a filter I had used on booking.com so was very disappointing. Also, the other guests were noisy, smoking on their balconies at night, which I could hear and smell - although my doors were closed...

Even before I arrived, the service was amazing. Rubina was so efficient, friendly and helpful arranging transfers and check-in. The driver, porter and all the staff were extremely helpful. The travel desk gentleman was very helpful and friendly at all times, as was the Spa lady and restaurant servers. The views, swimming pool and rooms were beautiful and the location meant that we could see the lake and Sarangkot as well as Stupa 1 and 2. The breakfast and service was fantastic, I loved the daily changes, variety and freshness of the food, superb! I stayed on my own but felt very much at home here at this beautiful and friendly hotel, thanks to all.

We had three different hotel bookings during our stay at Pokhara and thereby our one night stay was not justice to this beautiful property. We had booked for a super deluxe room but were allotted a suite room. Thanks to Ms Rabina for this gesture. Had a wonderful view of lake from room. Next morning we had an early flight to Jomson and staff had arranged for full breakfast at 5.30 am. Will come back to this place again for more days. Lake and market is not at walkable distance from here but it is a good location.

The resort was brilliant. Everything was catered and taken care of within the resort and it had an excellent atmosphere. The staff were great and they were kind enough to provide advice on different trips throughout Pokhara. It's great for both families and couples. We spent alot of time outside the resort visiting places and walking. It was great to come back to a place to stay where everything felt relaxed for the rest of the day.

Only downfall is lack of elevator. Even though elevators are not very common in hotels in Nepal.

The property is great, it’s nice and clean, better than any other property I have experienced in Nepal (not just Pokhara). We enjoy the property, and it’s infinity style pool overlooking the mountains, so much that this is in fact our second stay with Bar Peepal.

This place is hands down resort i've ever stayed at. The customer service was out standing. They meet you at airport and takecare of all longistic in getting you to the resort. Once you are there you are greeted with warmth and smiles and also with special welcome drink. I walked around about 10 minutes continously and freaked out how beautiful it was. Greenery garden area, Huge Restaurant, Infinity Swimming Pool, Spa and Travel Desk where you can get all the Information about Trekking, Sightseen, and Advantures Activities. After that, we went to the room and room is incredible with balcony from where you can see phewa lake and city view. I have booked for only one night but because of the ambience of the resort i extended for 2 more night here. Their silk Restaurant and Bar is located above the lobby where they serves the delicious morning breakfast as well as you can had Dinner and Lunch. There is also infinity swimming pool! What a perfet pleace to relax with the view of city and lake. Along with, staff were so wonderful and friendly. Even i saw there A.M,O.M,FOM the senior Executive are also taking care and welcoming the new guest. It's very easy to communicate with them for help and they will try to provide you whatever needed. In addition, the location of the place is perfect for view and far from crowd. It takes 8- 10 min slight walk to go lakeside area. Don't be lazy ! they even have van and car that will take you wherever you want to go near lakeside area. If anyone is coming to Pokhara this should be the #1 consideration.

Awesome property superb location. We were in the suite room no 110. The view from the balcony was just awesome. The view of phewa lake , World peace pagoda and Shiv Murti at pumdikot was just too good Food was super tasty. Liked the local cuisine Thakali. The lady at the reception Ms Sabina was very helpful. Mr Shankar from the travel desk was a superb guide who guided us to visit all the major spots. I will surely visit again.

This is a beautiful hotel! It’s clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home. I am in town for a stressful event and coming back to this room was very peaceful.Th best stay ever. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy . And the best was the night and morning view from the pool on the edge , also the sun rays through the room windows made me feel relaxed. See you soon, again.

We liked everything about the Resort. The staff was amazing and super helpfull. The room were really nice and clean. The buffet in the morning was great and they change the selection of food everyday. The pool and table spot is perfect for a day under the sun with a great view of Pokhara.
