AustraliaThe attitude of some patrons to staff is appalling !! For people to think they are above others is frankly disgusting and needs to be addressed. Management should make it known that bad manners irrespective of your culture or perceived social standing and demanding unnecessary behaviours to their staff won’t be tolerated.
Wonderfully run establishment ! Staff were attentive to our needs. Always smiling and helpful. Nothing was a problem. Staying for 5 nights we became regulars to the rooftop bar at end of our day. The staff were very welcoming each afternoon after our day out and interested in what and where we had been. Likewise of an evening in restaurant welcome was the same. The decision of management to include young adults with hearing and speech impairments is commendable. These staff were always there with a smile and most helpful when needed.

BelgiumThis was the highlight of my stay in Nepal. A beautiful, centrally located 5 star hotel. I felt right at home. The rooms are delightful, the bed is large and so comfortable, she shower is hot (not always a given) with premium amenities. They offer fruits, cookies, tea, coffee, water in the room. The Wi-Fi connection is strong and reliable. All my requests have been met. The breakfast buffet and the beautiful view on the pool was a wonderful way to start the day. Food and coffee were delicious, a lot of variety. The staff is welcoming and professional. Thank you for a beautiful stay!
