The common area and kitchen needs to be a bit cleaner . The fan, lights, and chandelier in the common area are covered in dust. The towel in my room dis not smell very nice .

The location is very good and the rooms are quiet. The room is not huge but it is very comfortable and has a big bed . The staff was very nice and they have a good breakfast .

The owner and the staffs are all nice and accommodating. Simple yet Healthy breakfast and you can use the kitchen to cook simple dishes and i was also able to do my laundry. Overall i like the hotel

There was no hot water in the showers for the first two days of our stay

There is no signboard in the hotel building. So all new people face hassel to find it. This hotel is situated just 3rd floor of Korean Hotel building.

Good location at Thamel where Masjid and Muslim restaurants are available 5 minutes walking distance. Their breakfast is light bus tasty and hygienic.

It’s a very small place, the staff were very good and helpful. For what was paid, it was acceptable for its condition. It was simply too good to be true for such a price - lesson learned, never trust the pictures shown. I hold Booking.com responsible for failing to do their homework

It was a bit tricky to find the entrance at first, and getting my baggage up the flight of stairs.

Room was very spacious and clean and had everything I needed. Staff was extremely helpful and kind with everything I needed. They let me store my baggage with them on my departure day and helped me with getting it down the stairs, as well as getting me a taxi to the airport. It was very convenient and I highly appreciated it.

The Double Room, was smaller in size than most. Yet it was comfortable enough to get a good night's rest. 3 flight of stairs to get to the guest house. So, be prepare to climb up and down stairs. Bottom Line, Value for Money. Would stay again If/when visiting Kathmandu.

Value For Money. Safe, Clean, Comfortable. In the middle of main tourist area "Thamel". Walking distance to Durban Square and the Kumari Temple. Many nice cafes, restaurants, bars and shops in the area. Everything in the room worked well. AC, Wifi, TV, private bathroom with hot and cold shower. Friendly and Helpful Staff. Helped arrange Taxi from the Airport and also with Bus to Pokhara. Would stay again if/when in Thamel.

Unfortunately, there was suddenly no water in the evening until next morning (bad timing for us, as we came from a 30 hours journey and heavily needed that shower before leaving the next morning again early to Pokhara). Additionaly, the AC was really weak. Given it was hot outside, the room could not be properly cooled down. Last, the private bathroom was not in the same room, which was bad timing as my wive felt sick and had to visit the bathroom quite offen.

Staff was really helpful (we could check-in really late and they helped us with taxi etc.). Moreover, the location of the bed and breakfast was great and quiet although it is ubicated in a lively neighborhood.

Very noisy at night. Just under the room the rubbish is sorted at 3-4am. Also, because of its location at the center of Thamel, there's a lot of noise at night from vehicles passing and loud people after partying.
