The room doesn’t look like pictures shown. Bed was not clean and smelly. I have itchy body the whole night. The water pressure is very low, hot water has to wait more than 10 minutes.

The location is amazing and really close to many restaurants, shops, cafes etc. Very good value for money option! The owner is really friendly and had help us during our stay!

We booked a room for 3 people, breakfast included, but since the bathroom was broken we were moved to a different hotel and split up in two rooms. The rooms were clean, the beds were uncomfortable and despite the guy at arrival saying that we would get breakfast delivered by room service we got no breakfast at all and after asking about it the manager told us that we wouldn't get breakfast because we got two rooms instead of one (what we neither booked nor wanted). So all in all not a pleasant experience, at least the location was nice so we quickly found a breakfast restaurant.

the 1st room i stayed, No TV worked and next day they fixed it. A/C remote was not work and 1st day it could ON but cannot adjust, Then next day they could able to fix it. And bathroom shower water pressure was very very very poor & they couldn't fix it. on 3rd day they change my room and in that room shower water pressure was ok ok... but not at all satisfied, And toilet was really uncomfortable. in that room A/C work properly. But TV not worked. And room in picture and actual is far different.

The room is very dark as have to keep curtains closed otherwise people can see in, needs more lights. Frequent power cuts which means the aircon didn’t work most mornings. They had back up electric supply for lights. We didn’t get offered any clean towels or more toilet paper over the 9 nights we were there.

Comfortable large bed with good covers and soft pillow. There was hot water most of the time, took a while to heat up. Large room with lots of surface space. Wi-Fi was absolutely amazing! Greta location right in centre.
