Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

My room was facing the roadside and at night it is incredibly noisy, making it difficult to sleep. If staying here, I recommend requesting a room that is on the carpark side.
The hotel room was nice and the location for flying out the next day is perfect. The staff were lovely and I enjoyed the meal that I had there.

the smell from kitchen go throught the air pipe to the bathroom,if someone is sensitive to this might be a little annoyed.

Hallway carpets smelled very musty (although rooms were fine)
Very convenient to airport for early flight. Staff were super friendly and service was excellent - resolved our one issue very promptly, provided breakfast early to accommodate our departure.

The bathroom/shower is very old and needs to be updated or renovated ASAP.
Really good location opposite the airport with loads of shops and cafes nearby. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were so kind and helpful. Nepali people are very welcoming and warm!

Nothing at all
A very good place to stay before or after ( early flight out or late arrival to Kathmandu) Check in process smooth and easy. Staff friendly and helpful with everything 👏🙏👍Room clean and comfortable👍🙏We had an early flight from kathmandu( 7:00 am but there was absolutely no problem for early breakfast and check out so big big Thank You for that, as in few places in India we got nothing to drink or eat even at around 8am…) All in all, highly recommend this place for everyone who needs comfortable accommodation near airport but also for a few days in Kathmandu as it is just 10-15 minutes drive from Thamel area.

There was no chair in the room so it was not easy to work with my notebook.
Located in front of the airport's exit, it is very easy to get there since you just need to walk 200 meters. They also have a room service during the night and although I didn't use it, I think it is quite interesting, especially after a flight.

Location just short walk to international terminal, and not far from domestic with wheeled luggage. Few places to eat, local place was lovely food and good price. I had early check-in staff offered me breakfast, and gave me a takeaway coffee.

The carpet in the main corridor where all the rooms are hasn't probably been cleaned in a while
