Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IndiaI recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Blossom, and I must say it was an absolute delight from start to finish. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality, setting the tone for a memorable experience. The hotel staff were attentive, friendly, and always eager to assist. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. From accommodating special requests to providing helpful local insights, their dedication to customer service was commendable. In addition to the exceptional food, the camelia cafe ambiance was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The hotel's culinary team's commitment to culinary excellence truly made my dining experiences memorable and enjoyable.

United StatesThe ONLY place for improvement would be the need for blackout curtains, but if you travel with eyeshades or even use a t-shirt you’re fine.
As a solo traveler I don’t require much: safety, convenience, and hospitality. Hotel Blossom gives that with the bonus of a lovely cafe/restaurant attached to the establishment. Room was perfect for a single traveler or couple, toilet/shower was large for this area. I highly recommend and would return.

United KingdomI thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, the location was perfect so close to the main strip which allowed for easy access and exploration. The room was clean with a balcony and cafe downstairs as breakfast is not included this can sometimes rack up but the quality of the food was exceptional so it made sense to eat there most days.

IndiaNone at all!
Beautiful cafe leading to a hotel. Extremely friendly, all women staff. I felt so safe staying at the hotel, as a female solo traveller. Coco and Latte are the property dogs - so adorable! The staff were super helpful, lugging my 15kg suitcase up and down 2 flights of stairs. They even gave me recommendations for local places. It's situated right near the Pokhara market (~500mts), where souvenir shops and cafes are situated. It's not a lake view property, if that's what you're looking for. But you'll anyway be roaming near the lake most of the time, eating at lake view cafes etc, you'll not miss it (atleast I did not). Had a very pleasant stay at the property 💙

IsraelEverything was perfect. Our only complaint is that the charming cafe opens a bit too late to get breakfast and coffee before taking a tourist bus in the morning :)
A good and quiet hotel, one of the best ones we've encountered in Nepal. Mountain views from the rooms and the hallways. They have a great cafe downstairs!

IrelandThe beds are very firm
Room was very clean and stylish and included all the necessary amenities (e.g. shampoo, hairdryer, kettle). The shower was great and always had hot water. Staff were really polite and helpful. There can be some noise from the nearby nightclub on weekends but it closes pretty early around 12am. There seems to be 24 hour security which made us feel extra safe. We also had a lovely view of the mountains from our room. The café downstairs is a little pricey but has lovely vibes (and cute dogs!). It's very central so there are lots of food options nearby.

NepalFor hanging clothes just five wooden pegs and some hangers. No wardrobe or closet. Your baggage just goes on the floor.
(Actually we are Canadian). Nice little hotel with apparently very popular cafe. Close to the main drag of lakeside. Super clean room and bedding. Staff very helpful and smiling. It is appreciated and good initiative at checkin to inform about room service, and other things like (if I remember right) no TV. Plenty of hot water for bath.
