I have confirmation email before arrive hotel. But they cannot arrnge first two nights rooms for me and my friend when we arrived. And arranged another hotel for us. That's we felt disappointed. The hotel explained that was management problems and arranged us rooms later. I accepted the arrangements, but next time if rooms are overbooked. Please inform guests before they arrive. Besides, carpet and bed sheet little bit dirty....

The maintenance of the rooms could use improvement. Fixing several small details would give the guests a better impression (such as washing the curtains to remove mold, cleaning cobwebs from wall, covering the holes on the wall, moving the closet to a better location so that the door opens to the right way and replacing the rag on the bathroom window for a real curtain).

The best asset of this hotel were its people. They allowed us to checkin in the middle of the nigh (since the airplane arrived at 1AM). At first we were given a disappointing room , but after talking to the manager they moved us to a cleaner room with better bathroom.

Great location since it really close to the Bouddha Stupa but at the same time calm. We enjoyed sitting on the roof terrace surrounded by plants :)

The bathroom seat was broken so kept hitting us in the back when using. The bathroom sink pipe was faulty so it leaked keeping our bathroom floor soaked ALL day. And the stove tank smelt like constant propane so we kept it off when not in use.

Wonderful hosts, so kind and welcoming! The property landscape is gorgeous and our daughter loved the kitty!

Unfortunately, the room does not have a wardrobe or even hooks or hangers on the wall. so all the clothes had to be put simply on the bag. also there was no air conditioning or fan in the room.

the hotel is located in an excellent location, on a quiet street 200 meters from the Boudhanath stupa. There is hot water in the shower all the time, which is very important. welcoming and friendly staff.

Breakfast was below average, although I felt like they didn't usually do breakfast as no one else was eating. Not much atmosphere in the hotel but could be really nice with more travellers staying.

Nice hotel with lots of greenery and views from the rooftop to the stupa. The room was nice and clean and the water very hot. Location about a 5 min walk to the stupa area.

As an environmentally aware person, I appreciated that apart from a small bar of soap, they didn’t put other travel size unnecessary hygiene products in the bathroom. They offer breakfast a la carte instead of buffet (do I need to explain about food waste and other cons of buffet?) I also preferred breakfast not to be included in the price of the room, since I checked out before 5 am. Lovely inner yard with hibiscus, bamboo and other plants. It is relatively peaceful inside, despite being located close to a busy road. Clean room and bathroom. Friendly and helpful, yet at the same time not intrusive staff. On request, they made my meals without chillies.

there were naphtaline balls in the bathroom, stinking up the entire room. please stop using those, quite horrible. also construction work nextdoors was ongoing through the night, sleeping was a challenge.

The room did not look like what we took on Booking. Terrible kitchen so we had to give up and take another room. The hotel we stayed in didn't look like the one in the picture, not really like a hotel,. No Air conditioning which we hoped to use to heat. We got a heater that hardly made 18°C in the room.

The wonderful breakfast served with so much kindness and always on time.
